Welcome to Fern Cove Cottage, our charming four-bedroom, year-round retreat on a serene acre of private land in Aylesford, Nova Scotia. Perfect for families and entertaining, enjoy multiple living spaces and take full advantage of beautiful Lake George with your private sandy beach, paddle board, and canoe. Recently renovated, the cottage offers a cozy vibe with modern amenities. Conveniently located 1.5 hours from Halifax, 30 minutes from Wolfville, and 15 minutes from Berwick.

The space
Fern Cove Cottage, surrounded by lush ferns and natural beauty, offers a tranquil setting for presence and relaxation. The cottage features two king beds and two queen beds across four spacious bedrooms, ensuring comfort for up to eight guests. Families with young children will appreciate the thoughtful amenities, including kids' dishware, games, puzzles, and beach toys.

Inside, the recently renovated home includes a fully outfitted kitchen with new appliances, an upgraded RO water purification system, and forced air A/C. The walk-out basement is perfect for entertaining with a cozy fireplace, bar, upright piano, guitar, and board games.

Outdoors, enjoy roasting marshmallows in the fire pit area, relaxing in the hammock, cooling off in the lake, or warming up in the sauna. The property is conveniently located, with nearby amenities and some of Nova Scotia’s best vineyards less than a 30-minute drive away.

Located adjacent to the Kingswood Camp swimming area. Camps run Monday to Friday through July and August.
