Big, spacious house.
The theater room was fun to have.
The master bathroom had a great standalone tub. I loved having spa days in there.
FYI, there are tenants in the basement.
Working the heating system was a learning curve but that could just be me. We stayed during the winter and was super warm and comfy.
Wifi was decent. I can't remember having any problems with it.
There is a park near the house. Barely, two blocks away. And the neighborhood people are nice.
I was able to get grocery deliveries through Instacart and Uber eats fast food.
Tons of Ubers were available. In fact the neighbor is an uber driver and will grab the ride sometimes. He is super nice.
We had an emergency and called the ambulance. 911. They came fast. The hospital is 15 minutes away.
