. . .If a faulty AI bot ran an Airbnb, this is what it would look like. Posh Properties has you complete their own internal interface system separate from Airbnb, which, whatever... is fine. They then communicate with you through this system including sending you check in instructions by email with a link. I booked this stay about 4 months ago, received check in instructions on the day to check in, checked in successfully and when settling into the apartment with my little kids, having parked in a lot, unloaded our bags, etc, etc, I see a message buried in my Airbnb feed, with no associated text from Posh Properties saying that due to unforeseen circumstances, the property was no longer available. I replied, asking if it was a mistake and that I had little kids, it was evening, and I wasn't going to find a new place. I received no reply - ever. I had to contact Airbnb support to get some validation that I wouldn't get kicked out that evening. Ruined our arrival, stressful. Terrible.. . .
