Like the comments from the last few months… We booked several months in advance. WORST EXPERIENCE.
Several automated messages, information to be filled in online on the Posh Properties platform, no information on how to access Airbnb before 30 minutes of arrival time.
Then at 3:00 p.m., the lock entry code doesn't work. We tried to reach the host, but the phone number was out of service. The Posh Properties site is under maintenance. We therefore leave messages to the host on AirBNB that have remained unanswered. We therefore had to rent a last-minute hotel elsewhere in the city and take steps to get reimbursed by Airbnb.

Unresponsive host, never released check in instructions.

I never got the entry code so I cancelled the reservation

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST OR POSH PROPERTIES. I booked months in advance for a family vacation and the host never communicated check-in instructions. Upon booking, the host had me fill out a 3rd party form which should have been my first clue that this is a bad host and/or scam. I reached out 24 hours in advance for check-in instructions and didn’t receive a response. When check-in time came and went, the host was non-responsive. Their phone number and email all came back as no longer in service. Messages via AirBnB were not responded to. I involved AirBnb support and they were unable to contact the host themselves. Airbnb support helped me find a new home to stay in last minute and fully refunded my booking with Post Properties and this host. Again, do not rent from this host as I believe it is a scam and/or they are no longer in business.
