Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Studio in Bastille

Charming studio, located close to Place de la Bastille and the metro. The studio consists of a living room with a sofa and a dining table, the double bed is on the mezzanine and the kitchen is equipped with the essentials. The studio is on the ground floor of a typical Parisian paved courtyard and made by an architect. When leaving the courtyard you have plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as the Marais and its iconic Place des Vosges 5 minutes away.

The apartment is a bright, spacious and very quiet duplex, recently renovated in a modern style. It is located in the heart of historic Paris, in the Marais district, between Place des Vosges and the Seine. The location, very central, is ideal for enjoying Paris on foot for a family (very comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living room) or a couple. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access of a building dating from the 16th century.

The apartment is fully furnished and offers a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a large quality double bed (160×200) and a bathroom. The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor (without elevator: not recommended for XXL luggage)!

Quiet little nest Studio (entire home)

on the sixth floor, elevator, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Refurbished. Very "safe" (especially if you are a woman). I live in the building. Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. You are 5 minutes' walk to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro in a very commercial and lively street. You'll love my place because of its brightness and quietness in the charming dead end of the Quarries. My place is perfect for couples and solo travelers.
