The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Zum Chio sind es ca. 2 km mit dem Auto oder 20–30 Minuten Fußweg durch schönen Stadtpark. Das Apartament ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt, inklusive wifi, mehrsprachige Fernsehprogramme, Terrasse. Parkplatz nach Absprache.

Hier findet man Ruhe und Zeit zum entspannen. Obwohl man sich mitten in der Natur befindet, benötigt man nur 10 Min. in die Innenstadt. (Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Mitten in der Natur und doch zentral (unweit von Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Lüttich) Wir vermieten auf unserem Hof (Eynattener Mühle) eine 70qm Wohnung mit seperatem Eingang, bestehend aus einer großen Wohn-Essküche, einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Wohn-Schlafzimmer (Einzelbett 185 x 85 cm), einem Badezimmer. Es ist Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Baby (Babybett vorhanden). Ein Sitzplatz im Freien, direkt an der Göhle, steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.
