Bei einer Mietdauer von mehr als 90 Tagen unterbreiten wir gerne ein individuelles Angebot. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, 44 qm groß und befindet sich zur alleinigen Nutzung in der 3. Etage. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 1,80x2,00m Boxspringbett und das Bad ist frisch renoviert.

Would you like to spend a weekend or longer in Aachen? We have a cozy apartment for you. It is located in the centre of Aachen, about 5–7 minutes on foot to Aachen Cathedral, Carolus Thermen, Stadt Park, Christmas market. Chio is about 2 km by car or 20–30 minutes walk through beautiful city park. From January 1, 2026, the city of Aachen will charge €2.50 per person per night. The fee is payable upon arrival.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

An elevator is not provided. City, cathedral, RWTH, transport links and shops are within walking distance.
