The apartment is conveniently located in a great neighborhood with easy access to stores, sites and Everything else. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. The management team is pleasant and very responsive. It was very hot when we stayed due to a heat wave, however, the place was equipped with two fans that worked well. I would recommend this property.

Very nice and modern furnished apartment, the living room offers a lot of light and a view through its large windows all around. A large and covered balcony invites you to sit outside. The breakfast room is also modern and tasty, the same applies to the "beer garden" The operators of the hotel are super nice!

I had a wonderful stay with my sister. Everything was spotless and people are extremely warm I highly recommend it! 🧸

My wife and I stayed at this apartment in late-April and it was perfect. So much room (bigger than the pictures suggest), comfortable, and walkable to so many shops, restaurants, museums, and there’s a bus stop right outside the back door. It was warmer than usual outside for the season (hi 70s), but the shaded windows and bevy of fans provided kept it cool. Bruna is an exceptional host. Very responsive and kind. The washer and dryer in the basement with access via the elevator that goes straight to the apartment was very convenient. I’d recommend this apartment to any couple or small family traveling. It is a tribute to the best of Airbnb.

The apartment is very well located, close to the train station, but the Aare and the old town are also a few minutes' walk away. Conveniently furnished and very clean. We'll happily come back anytime.

Leading up to our stay, our hosts were excellent communicators, providing all we needed with passes and instructions and ideas of things to do once we arrived. We had a wonderful stay. Despite the extreme weather warnings, which impacted arrival for us. Our hosts bent over backwards and even collected us from Leukstation and drove us firstly to a supermarket for provisions and then on to our apartment, we were so grateful. The apartment was perfect, spotlessly clean and modern with everything we needed. The bed and all furnishings were to a very high standard and the shower was fantastic! The views were simply out of this world and everything about this trip exceeded any expectations we had. We will be back, very soon. Thank you, Viktoria and Bertrand, so very much. Maja's place is true to the photos. Many buses pass just downstairs, and it is located a stone's throw from the Lion of Lucerne. We particularly appreciated the washer & dryer, on the other hand it is not easy to park in the neighborhood. Maja is a responsive host: to make us forget the quack on arrival (the cleaning of our accommodation had not been done since the departure of the previous tenants, and the code lock of the building was not working), she had the delicacy of offering us a dinner after sending a team to clean our apartment. We will gladly return to this apartment if we have to return to Lucerne.

We had a lovely stay with the family. There was everything available. Simonetta was always responsive to our communication when he needed it. We were on the ground floor, there was a nice view of the lake and freshness with the trees and greenery next door. Beautiful.
