There is a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, private bathroom and a cozy living room with a workspace and internet access. Access to the garden in the forest edge and the possibility of walking in the forest. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus connection to Aarhus city center. No pets allowed.

Quiet surroundings close to nature, we often see squirrels, hares and roe deer in the field. Beautiful sea views over the bay and fields as far as the eye can see, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the covered terrace. Only 350 yards walk to a beautiful hiking trail in the forest on the edge of the slope to the sea. Furnished with cozy furniture, flea market finds and new mixed. NOTE! The stay includes final cleaning.

Private terrace, as well as a large lovely garden with a gazebo, where it is possible to sleep under the open sky. In the annex, there is a double bed 160 cm. As well as an alcove with 1 bed 140 cm. The annex is a large room with a nice bathroom with shower and washing machine. It is decorated in a cozy French country style. There is a kitchen with a combi oven, refrigerator, stove, electric kettle.

Here we can spread our arms, feel the sand between our toes, hear the waves in our ears around the clock, go for swims and walks by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

This amazing newly renovated spacious villa, in Risskov is the perfect location for family vacation. The house is 100 M from the Risskov forrest and very close (500 M) to the sea. The city center of Aarhus is only 3 km away. The house features a big kitchen with dining area, living room , office, four bed rooms, three toilets and two bathrooms. From the kitchen there is a nice view and an opening to the private garden with terrasses, lounge and a trampoline. This is the best place to stay :-)

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to bus connections and grocery stores. Nice location both if you want to explore the center of the city and if you want to explore other places around Aarhus, as there is easy access to the ring road (O2) and further out the motorway.
