Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. There’s a nature reserve around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, cycling, or mountain biking. When you book 4 nights, one (1) hot tub evening is included. Hot tub bookable for 40 euros. 't Achterommetje is very spacious and quietly located. Home is practical yet homey. Outside there are two terraces, one in the sun and one in the shade. There is a lot private due to a natural construction of the garden. The ground floor has floor heating, cooking facilities, laundry room and toilet. There is also a large fitted wardrobe for suitcases, jackets, shoes and bags. On the first floor is a bedroom with double sink, shower room, and separate toilet.

The area is ideal for walking, cycling / mountain biking, a visit to the adjacent doll museum, the Van Gogh Museum in Nuenen, Eindhoven 12 km away. Several golf courses about 10 km away. The outdoor swimming pool can be used from May to October 1, weather permitting.

Windmill Maurik Betuwe Gelderland

Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
