The best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Yerevan! I visit the city often, and this place has everything. Amazing location just a short walk from Cascade, a beautifully designed space with great taste, and all the comforts you could need. It feels like a home away from home, with every little detail thought out. Can’t recommend it enough! And can't wait until my next stay in this apartment.

Lovely apartment, lovely house, we have lived for several months and are very happy to come home after walks! We didn't have any problems at all. Believe me, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and remote work. Liana takes care of guests and the apartment. If we come to Yerevan, we would like to stay in these devices💜

We stayed at Michael's apartment completely matches the photos, it's very clean and well-equipped. There's a lovely view on Ararat right from the balcony. We had a small issue with leaking water supply and Michael sorted the issue out within few minutes. That was extremely quick and caringly!

Cool location: right on the ground floor of Wildberries, and in 5 minutes restaurants, cafes and 24/7 grocery stores and pharmacies. There is also a Malibu City Park directly opposite the house — with a pedestrian zone and fountains. The apartment is fresh and beautifully renovated, and has everything you need for your stay. The hostess answered questions promptly.

Modern 2 Bedroom Apt. With Nice Balcony & Pool

The apartment and the complex are new and modern furnished. The apartment is fully equipped. Everything is provided: plates, cutlery, glasses, towels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Anything that belongs to a home. The apartment building is secured 24/7 and there are very friendly people working. You'll be in the center in 10 minutes and the taxi (GG) will often be ready before you've had time to put on your shoes. In short, recommended for those who don't mind being a little further from the center.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Sunny flat with a scenic view

Large clean apartment close to the Republic square and several grocery stores. The highlight is the view of Masis and Sis mountains also known as the Great Ararat and the Lesser Ararat. They can basically be seen from every room in the flat if the weather is clean. 5/5
