An easy 10 minutes from the town of Golden, our completely unique, elegant, extremely romantic, custom built, all season yurt and modern shower house Note: There is a new build happening on the rural property beside us for summer 2026. Cliffside cabin is your ideal Canadian Rockies retreat with thoughtful amenities inside and out to complete your stay. Enjoy a beautiful mountain backdrop from the bedroom, patio, BBQ & fire pit. Private walking trails lead down to the Blaeberry River and a small homemade disc golf course is just out the front door. Access is quick & easy from Highway 1 while still providing forested privacy inside and out; perfect for a few nights stay or as a base camp for your extended mountain getaway.

Wild Wood Cabins: Deer Crossing (private Hot Tub)

This bright one bedroom cabin holds a rustic charm set in a forested area, located just out of the town of Golden, BC. As the smallest of all the Wild Wood Cabins, the layout of Deer Crossing is cozy and compact, perfect for two guests. There is an open concept bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and washroom. Downstairs has the kitchen and living area sharing one open space. A pull-out-couch is included for an extra guest. Two covered decks also allow for more enjoyable times outdoors.

Cozy cabin with full amenities surrounded by crown land. Bring your quads and ride directly from the property trails everywhere. Relax with the whole family and roast marshmallows by your own private firepit. This is cabin#3 of 3 cabins on the property. Pets are very welcome as each cabin is private and has lots of room to play on. Walking trails are also on the property with a lookout of the mountains. There is a $25 pet cleaning fee please add your pet to the reservation when booking.

Coal Cabin Nordegg

Coal Cabin is a BRAND NEW home located on a beautiful 1 acre parcel in North Nordegg. Boasting gorgeous, true vaulted cedar ceilings in the main living area, massive mountain facing windows, south facing deck, firepit area, sauna and much more. It features a super fun little loft that the kids will love playing in, located in one of the bedrooms. Radiant heats keeps the basement floor warm underfoot. There is a spacious rec room featuring a shuffleboard table and nice tv viewing area.
