Vacation rentals with a sauna in Abu Dhabi

I booked this for my family who were visiting Dubai and highly recommend it. It is a well-decorated, clean apartment, suitable for families with children, with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and amenities. The location is also outstanding, with cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance. I also liked that the listing came with an underground parking space. The hosts were professional and very responsive, which made the entire process easy. Thanks for having us!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Denis reagiert super schnell auf Nachrichten und war stets bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, sehr schön und mit Liebe eingerichtet und hat einen atemberaubendem Ausblick. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen, in 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am JBR Beach und in 15 Minuten beim Dubai Marina Walk. Praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz, wenn man ein Mietauto hat. Preis Leistung ist wirklich top. Wir würden jederzeit wieder genau diese Unterkunft buchen. Danke für alles, Denis! :)

Perfect!! we loved this place. Great location, near metro. Walking distance to the beach and marina. Everything is the apartment is brand new. Definitely staying again there.

An amazing stay loved every moment & exactly as described! Would most definitely stay again! Only a couple of minor things, the kitchen could do with proper mugs for a proper cup of tea as only have espresso “tiny” cups and a toaster would be much better than what’s there! Other than that perfect! :) so for anyone considering BOOK IT!!

Excellent emplacement, appartement propre , hôte à l’écoute a su répondre à toute nos questions et ça en étant ultra réactif. À proximité de tout plage, marina, restaurant vraiment tout était top je recommande fortement et j’ai hâte de revenir. Merci encore pour tout.

Nicole’s place is in a wonderful location. There is a park very close and a kids room in the building which was wonder for our toddler. Overall a great stay, thank you!

What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft, Parkhaus, Pool, gym, Sauna und super saubere Unterkunft !

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Das Ankommen verlief ohne Probleme, allerdings hat beim Eintreffen das Wasser, Internet und die Klima nicht funktioniert. Noch am selben Abend kam ein Mitarbeiter von Cosmica und hat alles gelöst. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation überragend und perfekt. Nach kürzester Zeit wurde zu jeder Tageszeit auf die Nachrichten geantwortet. Ich habe eine tolle Empfehlung für einen Helikopter Flug bekommen, der für mich sogar gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt wurde. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral und sowohl Marina, als auch Strand und Riesenrad waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es trotz der Höhe sehr laut war durch den Verkehr. Nachmittags hat es sehr lange gedauert die Wohnung per Taxi / Uber zu erreichen, da die Straßen überfüllt sind. Alles in allem hat aber alles gepasst und Cosmica hat uns bestens betreut.

This was an amazing stay in the heart of Dubai Marina with an incredible view! The flat was very spacious and comfortable, clean and stylish. Me and my mother really loved it!

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

Très chouette logement ! Bastien et Hélène sont des hôtes d’excellence, en étant très réactifs et en donnant des instructions claires. Je recommande vivement ce logement ! J’y retournerai les yeux fermés

Sadikas apartment was perfect for a great stay in Dubai clean and tidy with all you need. The location only a few yards from the beautiful Marina was ideal. Sadika was a great host with quick and friendly communication I would definitely recomend and will be back again soon

Wir wurden hervorragend betreut. Es war immer jemand erreichbar. Zu Fuß ist man in ca 10 Minuten bei der Tram,die zur Metro-Line fährt. Auch in 10 Minuten ist ein 24/7 Supermarkt. Zum Strand läuft man auch nur 10 Minuten. Man kann einen Pool von 8 bis 20 Uhr nutzen mit sogar Rettungsschwimmer vor Ort ( aber keine Ahnung,ob die dort ausgebildet werden). Unterkunft ist wirklich gut und auch die Lage sehr gut. Würden wir weiter empfehlen!

Michael me recebeu muito bem. Quarto grande e exatamente como está nas fotos. Cama muito confortável. Perto da Estação DMCC facilitando o acesso a atrações como o Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall e o Museu do Futuro

Michael is a superb host, seamless stay, all as described, great communication and super location close to all amenities. Will be back in January 2026 and will use Michael again, highly recommend, professional host.
