Great little spot, perfect location!

Erin’s place was the getaway that we definitely needed. We spent our time enjoying the sunsets (stunning pastel colors across the water), watching movies, cooking together, and had a nice meal at a local diner, too (which was recommended in the listing)! The place was so clean, well equipped, and very homey/comfortable. Being situated right on the beach, where in the mornings you can see all of the bay from the windows in the living room and kitchen. Erin was so personable and responsive which we so appreciated. She gave all the information you could need about not just the AirBnB, but the surroundings as well. We felt right at home. They have wonderful neighbors who we met on the beach one of the evenings. Everyone was just so friendly. They were enjoying a beach fire and we talked for a while about how amazing the area is. We have already decided we absolutely will be staying here again! This is the best kept secret quiet beach hideaway! My partner and I LOVED it!

We stopped here to break up a very long drive so we only stayed one night but Jacqueline was very friendly and accommodating. We were pretty delayed on our drive but she made sure we got into our room ok and introduced us to her dogs. We didn’t get a chance to explore but the property looked beautiful and peaceful. Definitely a great place if you love dogs. Our little daughter LOVED them, but my wife tends to be a bit more apprehensive. Overall, very nice rooms and quite spacious. A good place for a longer stay.

Our stay at The Artist Apartment was perfect! Robert and Judy were friendly and welcoming and the apartment was spacious and immaculate. The kitchen was very well equipped and the toiletries, linens and bedding were plentiful and high quality. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Wachapreague!

Beautiful home, well appointed and perfect for one large or even two families to share. The back sunroom and fire pit on the canal are especially awesome amenities. Close to town but far away enough for some free range biking by my preschooler. Would love to return!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay! Great house on a quiet marsh. The morning sunrises were beautiful, loved being able to use the kayaks to paddle to the ocean, and great bird watching. Would love to come back.

The journey to Tylerton is part of the experience. The house has a special nook and cranny kind of fun, lots of sleeping space, and a good location. Kept really clean and easy to operate.

This was our second time visiting Kevin and Sarah's home. My husband, our dogs, and I love coming to Chincoteague and staying here. We always enjoy the kayaks, utilize the bikes, and enjoy walking along the canals around the neighborhood. There has been renovations since our last visit which look great. It truly feels like home away from home.

This cottage is the PERFECT stay on Chincoteague! The backyard is an oasis, soaked in sun and the sounds of sea birds. The home was immaculately clean and more than well appointed for our 1 week stay. The beds were luxuriously comfortable, linens clean and crisp. We brought a dog and the fence was completely secure and the interior was safe for him as well. Cannot recommend this cottage enough!

What a unique home !! Perfect for a quiet getaway … the view alone is worth the price!!!

Excellent home. Was attached to another dwelling but felt very private as no one was next door during our stay. Host was very accommodating, neighbors extremely friendly. Lots of dogs being walked in the surrounding area. Roads very safe to go for an extended walk. Winds coming off the water surprisingly strong at times; was impressed at how secure the house seemed during stormy winds. Best part of the stay was being right on the water of the river/bay.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! Duke is an excellent communicator, the village is welcoming, the home is comfortable, the decor is a reflection of life on Smith Island and we look forward to planning our next visit! Be sure to visit the local Market for delicious crab cakes and famous Smith Island cakes. We highly recommend this beautiful Smith Island Bungalow for a quaint getaway!!

Great price for a great view of the marsh, cozy condo where you can watch the birds and sometimes turtles swim around in the marsh. I will definitely be staying again!

We've been vacationing at Chincoteague for 32 years so feeling at home in our surroundings is really important. That is Exactiily how we felt this year in our beautiful "home" away from home! There was NOTHING we would change and really hope to return to the same rental next year. Thank you for helping to make it a truly wonderful stay!!

A beautiful and spacious condo for our family to ring in the new year. Plenty of space for the three of us and our pups. The well-equipped kitchen was perfect since we were visiting in the off season and spent most meals in the condo. We would definitely visit again.

This was our first visit to Chincoteague, and it did not disappoint! The condo looked just like the listing and had beautiful views. It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, all well within walking distance. There was a hiccup with the door code when we arrived, but seaside has an after hours phone service that took care of everything. The person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again next time we’re in Chincoteague and would recommend to friends.

Our first time to Chincoteague Island and it was very beautiful and peaceful! In the off season, it's a great place to go for a relaxing getaway. We rented a Moke and drove around the island including Assateague Island which was lots of fun. The unit had beautiful views of the sunset and was in walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to other restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and exactly what the pictures showed.

We watched beautiful sunrises over the water from our condo each morning-lovely water view! The condo was well furnished, clean, with a great kitchen, comfortable bed. We plan to return!

The host was very responsive. Great location and the views were outstanding. Master bed was very comfy! They had games to play and a dvd collection when the cable/internet went out throughout the island. The only thing we would have liked is a larger comfy sofa. Other than that it was perfect!
