The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Offering guests a taste of the wonderful, relaxing Tasmanian life in the beautiful Coal River Valley wine region, we're a very easy 10 mins from the airport, 12 mins from Hobart CBD. The well-appointed eco cottage was built in 2015, is off-the-grid (solar-powered) on 21 acres with beautiful views of farmland and Coal River estuary, and plenty of wildlife. Outside the doorstep is many boutique vineyards/wineries. Your official welcoming committee is Max, a super friendly Smithfield dog.

The airport is only 10 minutes away seafood and oyster restaurants are close You’ll love my place because of the views, the people, the ambiance, friendly hosts,fresh fruit from the orchard (in season), fresh vegetables and a wonderfulyl comfortable king-size bed. On five acres. Local IGA Supermarket with local fresh produce and Deli is 5 KLM away, the major shopping center is 13 KLM,15min drive.

Handy to both airport & CBD in Howrah, a beautiful suburb of Hobart. There are two beaches about 1 kilometre from the front apartment. Very comfy & clean queen bedroom with ensuite, lounge/dining area, smart TV and kitchenette concealed behind bi-fold doors. Huge windows with beautiful views. This listing is half of a house that has been divided into two separate apartments, at times there is some transfer of sound in the living area.
