Every evening you can enjoy the most incredible sunset. This unique house is furnished with high-quality designer furniture. There is an 85' Smart TV in the living room and a 55' Smart TV in each of the bedrooms. On the lower level is the spacious living and dining room with an open-plan lifestyle kitchen, a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the large terrace, and a guest bathroom. The living area is connected to the outdoor area of over 200m² through floor-to-ceiling windows. This smooth transition creates a generous spatial concept and a feeling that conveys a typical Canarian lifestyle. The outdoor area is bordered on two sides by small subtropical gardens and on the ocean side by a fantastic 15x4m heated infinity pool (optional service). In addition, the outdoor area is structured into relaxation areas, a dining area with a barbecue corner, and a chill-out area. High-quality, sensor-controlled awnings provide the necessary shade and even light up to set the mood in the corresponding areas on warm evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard and leaves nothing to be desired. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room is located on the upper floor. The bathroom is very spacious and not only the bathtub offers the most wonderful sea views. Another guest bedroom is also located on this floor. Both bedrooms have access to the upper terrace, also through floor-to-ceiling windows. The washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor, as is the fourth bedroom, which is one of the largest. The bedroom has its own bathroom, dressing room, a small sitting room, terrace and table tennis table. The villa has one parking space, although there is always space on the street.

This is our family holiday home in Tenerife. Amazing outdoor spaces for relaxing, dining and even working (fibre broadband with mesh). Heated pool, air-con in the open-plan living area (ceiling fans in bedrooms). You will spend most of your time outdoors in Tenerife so why not have a 300 sq meter outdoor living space with a pool, rather than a 20 sq meter balcony! Car hire recommended but you can walk to Siam Mall (45 min) ; Costa Adeje beachfront (35 min downhill; taxi back c.€10 ).
