I travel professionally and use AirBnB literally everywhere I go. I guess that makes me something of a "power user". So when I say that Pier Nicola's home and service are as good as good can get, believe me! The quality and aesthetic of the fit out is matched, even surpassed, by true care and hospitality that goes way beyond the norm you would expect. Having vouchers for coffee and a pastry from the amazing bar/pasticceria, literally across the street, was a unique joy. But receiving a follow up message on my phone with a beautiful photograph of the piazza taken at night was the cake and the cherry. Suffice to say, this accommodation comes HIGHLY recommended. Bravo Pier Nicola - you're one of a kind!

If you are seeking enchanted surroundings and a base for traveling the Amalfi Coast, this is it. You must also like hiking, this is the best part of the views. I could just walk around for weeks here and get in shape at the same time! Visiting local bigger towns was pretty easy on foot or by bus. This place is worth the price of admission for the view alone!! Will be back!

Fantastic place to stay in Naples with super hosts. Good selection of snacks and drinks provided. Great pizza place and trattoria within just a few minutes walk. If you’re there for 2 or 3 days it’s worth buying a Napoli Artecard - covers 3 museums and all city public transport- ( we found it useful to take screenshots before going down into the Metro where the signal was patchy). It was wonderful to return to such an oasis of calm after the bustle of the streets. Thank you Stefano and Laura

We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Carlo’s and their property highly enough.

Communication with the host was immediately excellent and friendly, Chiara is helpful and kind. Check-in was flexible on times, which was very convenient. The apartment is very nice, equipped with everything you need, and is in an excellent neighborhood, well served and with the subway reachable on foot in a couple of minutes. Great for getting around the city. Highly recommended!

Apartment was great, Parking is very quickly full and I had to park the car up the hill, but it was ok, at least I had enough space for my SUV. As the area is tranquil so no problem. Everything was super clean and the view is absolutely great.

A very large, comfortable, clean apartment, equipped with every comfort, in a beautiful villa with garden in a residential area, with nearby parks to walk the dog. By car 10 minutes from the center, great location! I highly recommend it!

I had the pleasure of staying at the B&B Abbondanza during my visit to Naples and I can say with certainty that it was one of the best places I have ever been in terms of value for money. The environment is warm and welcoming, perfect for feeling at home even when away from home. The location is convenient, allowing you to easily reach the most interesting points of the city. The cleanliness is impeccable, a detail that really makes the difference and makes the stay extremely pleasant. Another strong point is the clear and detailed instructions received from the owner: they made me feel comfortable from the first moment and made check-in and the stay very easy. Clean accommodation, equipped with every comfort , in a strategic position to visit the center of Orvieto comfortably. Carla and her partner were very kind and courteous . Truly highly recommended

Rosa and her husband had been the best host I’ve ever stayed with really communicative and helpful and the room that I’ve had it had some awesome views I wish I could of have stayed an extra day or two, Rosa’s husband was Abel to pick us up and dropped us off to the piano station really helpful the breakfast it’s not 10 points but it’s 1000 points highly recommend staying with Rosa.

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Laura's kindness and availability and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is great, it allows you to get to the beaches in 10 minutes by car, or to visit the beautiful surrounding villages. We really enjoyed the abundant and varied breakfast as well as the fresh fruit, always available. Laura also gave us useful tips on places and places to eat.

Francesca's room was located off the main island of Venice, so we needed to use the water bus service to get around. However, Francesca provided clear and detailed instructions on how to use the water bus and where to buy full-day passes, which made it easy. The room and bathroom were spotless, and we especially loved the towel warmer. She also gave us great local recommendations for dining and must-see attractions during our stay. It was a nice bonus getting to meet her adorable cats too!

Stefania is very kind and helpful. The place is super central. In my case, I based myself here to participate in the Rome 2025 Marathon, departing the Colosseum. Bedroom with bathroom equipped with all amenities and super clean. The neighborhood is sometimes slightly noisy at night.

Rab itself is a beautiful island, but Silvana and Zdenko made it even more beautiful for us, with their kindness, friendly spirit and professionalism. Always cheerful, positive and willing help. Great location, restaurant 10/10.
