Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, has a separate entrance and is 40 square metres. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you have exclusive use of the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centres, and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

The apartment is 45m2 (4th floor) , walking distance from the sea and the center of Glyfada. Build with excellent and luxury materials. You will realize this luxury just when you enter the house. You can enjoy the sea view from all the rooms including the bathroom. Enjoy the best sunset from here. There is a 6 seats circle sofa, jacuzzi and two loungers at the big balcony. Jacuzzi is on all over the year and is included in the price. *The elevator goes until the 3rd floor*
