Lovely large bright house in Marstal of about 250m2 with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Super located down to Marstal Harbour with short walking distance to good beach (Erik's Hale). The house is gently decorated and very cozy with fireplace and 2 wood stoves. Large 1st floor with many cosy nooks, TV room and nice view, partly over Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, eating furniture and sun loungers and large Weber Gas BBQ. Several good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the main house remains. There is a sea view from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with, among other things, old fruit trees, which are freely available to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have decorated it as we think fits the spirit of the house, with some things dating back to our grandparents' time.

My home is close to old Ærøskøbing, in addition the house is only 75 meters from the marina, about 700 meters to the beach . The house is 40m2, furnished with entrance, bathroom/toilet, kitchen/living room, bedroom and loft. The house is non-smoking! No pets! NOTE: READ THIS TO AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS, AIRBNB CALLS ALL CLEANING FEE, BUT AT US, THE LINEN RENTAL FEE IS COVERED. AS I HAVE FULL-TIME WORK, THE GUESTS IN MY HOUSE CLEAN THEMSELVES AND IT'S NO PROBLEM AS IT'S SHORT TERM STAY.

The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.
