Both from the living room and the private, secluded terrace you can enjoy the view of the forest, where there are lots of birds, squirrels, hares and deer. Home away from home... sit back, take in the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door allows you to open up, facing the water, as well as going out onto the private terrace, where a private outdoor shower is available. The house from 1860 is part of the history of Holckenhavn Castle. It stood as a Boat House for those who would cross the bay with the boat that was available. It has later been moved out to the outer cousin, which is now sold to a private space. There's a table top oven and hot plate.
