Vacation rentals with beach access in Agios Theodoros

Amazing, very big, well designed flat with all necessary equipment - better than in pictures 😍 and with parking place only for you. Djuro was perfect, answering immediately, very helpful , willingness to solve every question about the city and provide you everything you need in the house. The location is great, close to sea (6 minutes walking), close to great infrastructure of 5 star hotel Four Seasons, and close to classy but not super expensive restaurant and coffees (5 minutes walking) close to mini markets (exactly outside of building) and big supermarket Lidl. I really enjoy every second living in the Djudo’s apartment and I highly recommend the flat.

This apartment was in the heart of everything. There was so much to do, all within walking distance. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. It was especially nice to have a parking spot. Stephanie was a wonderful host, always quick to respond. Our plans changed last minute and Stephanie was extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Very good and great location

Great and safe location. Easily accessible to the beach and local restaurants. The apartment itself is very beautiful, nice marble flooring and new furnishings. Small kitchen for the essentials. Has a partial sea view and nice balcony. A little loud at night from the street but it calms down at midnight. Very clean apartment and staff is very accommodating and friendly. They are there for you for whatever you need. Highly recommend!

We had a very good time at this apartment. Check-in was super easy and we were even allowed to check out a little later which was very helpful as both us had to work. Thank you again! Anthi is a great host. Communication went perfectly, she responded very fast and helped us with everything. Check in and check out were really easy. The apartment is clean and modern, and also equipped with everything you need. Location is perfect, only a minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We would deifinitely recommend this place and we hope to come again.

Me and my 2 kids had a fabulous time at the villa, the property is well equipped. Stravroula was very helpful. The kids loved the pool. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at this Airbnb for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was perfect for our budget. It’s located in a lovely, quiet area. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions prior to our arrival and even leaving us a few groceries to get started, which was especially appreciated as we arrived very late - such a thoughtful gesture! There was honestly nothing we would change about our stay. Everything was clean, very well-equipped, and just as described. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable stay in the area.

Thanks to Stephanos for his responsiveness, his help at all times! He's a great host who always has the answer to everything to help us and reassure us! I'll be happy to come to Cyprus several times.

My stay at Abdo's place went perfectly. There's nothing to complain about. The location is perfect for exploring Larnaca on foot. The accommodation is clean and well air-conditioned. In addition, communication with the host is perfect and he is very attentive to our every question. I recommend this place 100%.

Really lovely stay in a fabulously located apartment. Loved the ease of walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures with everything you need. The host allowed us to check out slightly later and was super flexible with all our queries. Definitely would recommend and hopefully be back soon.

I had 3 days in Oct here with a friend before moving to Protaras. I knew I would return in the spring if Christakis had availability. Perfect location for me, a short walk to the beach and excellent restaurants plus close to the salt lakes. Very quiet at night, comfy bed. Netflix for free was a real treat 👍 When you arrive tired from travelling there are lots of other bits that are much appreciated like salt/ pepper/ herbs and spices, milk & water. Will definitely return next year if he has availability. Thanks again 👏

It was a very pleasant stay in this apartment. We were there a month, and are satisfied. The area is very calm, close to Daoudi beach, there's a supermarket nearby (but anyway food and products delivery is very good in Limassol). The apartment is convenient, with everything you may need, with nice balcony and a parking spot. Loutmila is very responsive.

Maria is very helpful and friendly and always ready to help you. She gave clear instructions. The apartment is cosy, clean and equipped with all necessary amenities and equipment. I would return to her apartment if I decide to visit Paralimni again.

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Gorgeous, very spacious apartment, absolutely spotless and as described. Gary was very helpful and accommodating, responding quickly with great recommendations. The apartment is perfectly situated, 5 minutes from beautiful Nissi beach and amenities but nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
