Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Aklan

Host was very accommodating and responsive, on site caretaker was just a text away.

The communication with the host was excellent. The maid at the accommodation (Manilou) was lovely also. There was a problem with the internet when we arrived but the host fixed this straight away. The villa is private and down a narrow lane but our luggage was brought to the accommodation for us (extra service). Boracay is beautiful, lots of bars and restaurants to visit. The villa is away from the main area but just a trike ride away which Manilou was able to sort for us.

Although I did not enjoy it as much as I did because of the typhoon, the house was very satisfied. Especially, the swimming pool was large enough and deep enough for children and adults to play. But there are ants and worms it personally has not been great inconvenience as by regional characteristics. And it was a very satisfying trip because the kind landlady cared about many things.  

This place was amazing! Exactly what was advertise. Definitely worth the penny especially if you're visiting with family or large group. Thank you staff (Elsy, Elvin & rest of the crew) for everything. You guys were very helpful and accommodating. You guys never a missed a beat. Service was prompt and exceptional. My whole family certainly enjoyed their time there. Will for sure come back to stay on our next visit.

Stunning hilltop views of sea and island, nice roomy bedrooms and living space, great balcony space, attentive local support. Overall a great place to chill and relax. Highly recommend for small group/couple looking for peace and tranquility away from the beachfront touristy hotel scene but be prepared to reply on e trike transportation to get to and from station 1,2,3 areas. Will definitely return which sums it up.

Great place! Really clean and nice and clean amenities. It’s a bit of a trek from the centre and not much around in terms of restaurants but it’s exactly what I was looking for. So peaceful and quiet which was ideal for remote work (although the wifi is a little spotty so I’d recommend buying some data). The kitchen is great to prepare meals and then watching sunsets on the terrace each night. Thanks Justin and Rodgie!

My wife and I had a great week staying at Renelito's place. It was exactly what we had hoped. Centrally located with both White Beach & Bulabog Beach a few minutes walk away, and similarly close to DMall and all the shops & restaurants in the area without being in the middle of the bustling Station 2. Access was easy via the security guard and thanks to Renelito's clear & proactive assistance we had no issues checking in or out. The apartment was clean & tidy with a well-equpped kitchen and sitting room, a large comfy bed, good AC and a modern TV set-up. There was a nice looking pool available but we didn't use it, prefering to go to the beaches instead. We would definitely book again, thanks Renelito.

What I really love about our stay are how peaceful and smooth our stay with my bestfriend turned out. Our goal is a hassle-free staycation and this Casa Calma gave us all we needed. The place is comely. Feels like home. Everything we needed is there— untensils are well clean, appliances such as iron, washing machine, ice cooker, microwave works fine and the bed sheets are clean as well. Everything is being prepared and spotless. The toilet is polished and when we had an empty bodywash when we arrived, they respond immediately and provided us one. It was a convenient stay and we have nothing to worry about home needs. Plus points how responsive the host. We definitely book again and marked this staycation as one of our second home in Boracay. Because the condo itself is worth a visit. People and personnel there are polite and friendly. Our Boracay trip becomes ideal and worth a stay. Thank you Ms. Myra and the owner of this unit. To start off Southwest the basic transit company will tell you it's far, and it's not next to the main action but that is the best part, there is a bus service every 10 to 15 min called hop on hop off. it very easy to get to the main action of the city. I space is great the people were very helpful, there is a private brack walkable and many vendors there for food and other needs along with a 7/11 down the street. The place was great and perfect.

My family had a wonderful stay. The place is huge and clean. Exactly as the photos. There’s no gym so the stairs going up is kind of our exercise plus the walking on the beach daily. There’s a nearby store also to buy some necessities. The pool is small but hey we went there for the beach and it’s few mins walk.

Our stay was very nice and comfortable :) Amazing view, quiet and safe place. We recommend this place 100% and if we will go back to Boracay, we'll still choose his place :)

This unit is a really nice place to say in Boracay if you want to be away from the noise and the crowd. Its a bit far from the main attractions. It would really depend on your preference. They offer a free shuttle bus going to/from DMall. Catch is it leaves every 2 hours. You can charter an etrike but it will cost 300 php. The unit is a long walk from the property entrance and even from the reception. It is located on the 3rd floor with no lift. It was challenging to carry our luggage. It might not be ideal for families with elders or kids. But for me, I like the ambiance, the peace, and the spacious unit. The owner was very sweet - provided us a gallon of Wilkins, 3 ripe mangoes, free milk, coffee, tea and sugar ❣️ Though I recommend doing something about the slippery bathtub and the split type aircon (turns on and off). Overall our experience was great.😌

This property is one-of-kind in the sense that the views from the balcony are stunning. You can go down and party in the main stations and yet you can go home at night and enjoy the peace and quiet in the area. The kitchenette has everything you need for cooking and the espresso machine is a great morning addition for your coffee fix. The furnitures are modern. All interiors are designed well for a beach feel. The tv in the bedroom makes me feel right at home and the gym next door is super new and clean. Other little things they have like beach bags and umbrellas to be used, bus cards and hot and cold water dispensers. This is a luxurious accommodation in the island and would love to stay here again when I come back. Thank you Myra and Mesael for the amazing stay.

We had a great time on June's place. Highly recommended to families looking for a pleasant and peaceful vacation in Boracay. Newcoast is awesome.
