Island Österören is an island located in the Boxö archipelago and is surrounded by Boxö nature reserve and on the island's highest point Glasberget stands the stall overlooking the North Sea. Our cozy log house is located on the beach with beautiful views over Färjsundet. The cottage is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, fireplace and air heat pump. There is one double bedroom, one loft with two single mattresses as well as one sofa bed. The jetty is located at the beach which is swimming-friendly and has a boat place. Fishing permit can be bought in Godby. The cottage is only 2 km from Godby center, about 16 km from Mariehamn and 9 km from the golf course.

The fire bursts from the sauna while the sea of Åland opens up through the large windows. Relax on the large terrace with adjacent relaxation lounge and listen in the wave puppy roaring in the beach stones. Fagerudda sauna is secluded with its own beach only 500 meters from Björnhofvda Gård. From the parking area, the beach sauna is accessed via a beautiful hilly 200m long forest path down to the sea.

Experience the real sense of archipelago living at our remote cabin. You will have access to your own stretch of smooth red granite beach and an uninterrupted view of the Åland wilderness. Your only neighbours will be the sound of the sea and the occasional eagles that swoop overhead from time to time. Getting to the cabin is easy by car or bike from Mariehamn.

Winterized cottage on two floors. Wonderful cape with rocks, lawn and sandy beach. Large jetty with sun all day. Beachfront gazebo with infrared heating. Own wood-fired sauna and access to rowboat. It is possible to use the boathouse and connecting terrace for an extra charge of 48€per day. The berth is 7.70 m long.
