Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Albania

We stayed over at Rexina’s for 3 days (2nights) in what was a lovely and peaceful village and a comfortable house. The area itself is stunning with mountains surrounding you. The area you stay in is very rural but does include a bar/restaurant and a shop (selling basics) right next door. Both Rexina and her parents were very friendly and extremely helpful. Whenever we had any issues they were quick to reply and were able to solve any queries we had. The area itself lends itself well to people who like nature. With many nice walks in the Logora National park offering stunning views, an ultra-climb nearby at mount Cika and a couple beaches. Some driving is required but the road is also very nice scenery wise. All in all, this was a lovely place to stay as we explored the area and definitely worth a visit if you haven’t been in this area of the world before.

Everything was great. A lovely apartment in a good location, with all amnetities needed and shops are nearby. The host was very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend.

Fantastische locatie, prettige communicatie met Gasper. Goed huisje, met kleine maar heerlijke douche. Kleine keuken, maaltijden maken waarschijnlijk een beetje lastig, maar met veel goede en goedkope restaurants in de buurt, hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Er is geen tuin, maar een gezamenlijke binnenplaats. Je kunt gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats bij het huis. Wij vonden deze echter zó krap en risicovol dat wij betaald ( €3,- per 24 uur) hebben geparkeerd bij de kerk op 200 meter. Tip: Fisi Restaurant om de hoek op Bulevardi Skënderbeu.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever been to! The host Alban and his wife brought me to and from the airport which was extremely helpful. The apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Durrës is beautiful and worth visiting. Very close to the beach, if you take the shortcut. Excellent Wifi! Had everything I needed and more. I was gifted strawberries and cake during my stay by the host and it truly was so appreciated. I would definitely stay at any of Alban’s properties if I ever find myself in Albania again!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Nora, die uns früher einchecken ließ. Die Unterkunft ist ein ehemaliger Pferdestall am alten, also ehemaligen Bazar, sehr cool. Natürlich ein bisschen dunkel, dafür aber im Sommer sicherlich angenehm kühl. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, sogar mit Air Fryer. Man kann direkt am Haus parken, ins Zentrum, zum neuen Bazar sind es etwa 10 min (den Berg hoch ;) )

Eva is very kind and the aparment is very clean and cozy. The location is just perfect, next to the Bazaar and few minutes walk to the main square. Highly reccomend!

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit direkter Lage am Strand. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, was man bedenken sollte, wenn man nicht im Hochsommer dort Urlaub machen möchte. Der Strand war direkt vor der Haustür und das Meeresrauschen durch die Fenster zu hören. Einige Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist, muss man etwas aufpassen, da die Treppen keine Geländer haben. Wir waren Anfang April dort und das Nachbarhaus neben dem Pool ist aktuell eine Baustelle, deshalb gab es tagsüber etwas Lärm. Das Haus verfügt über Außenmöbel für den Poolbereich und für die Dachterrasse. Der Check-in war einfach und der Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar und bei Problemen hat er sich schnell um Hilfe gekümmert.

Excelente apartamento, con una preciosa piscina comunitaria y la playa a un minuto. Tiene un balcón donde se está divinamente, con vistas a la piscina. Flavia muy atenta en todo momento, interesada de si todo va bien. Totalmente recomendable, no os arrepentiréis de alojaros en el apartamento de Flavia.

We stayed for a week and we're very happy with the house. the garden is big and the view is very nice. Amel was a great host, very responsive and even brought us pastries.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in der Villa Esmi! Ich habe meinen Geburtstag in der Villa Esmi von Micaela gefeiert und es war einfach sensationell! Die Villa war super sauber und alle unsere Wünsche wurden uns von den Augen abgelesen. Die Dekoration, der DJ und der Privatkoch – alles war perfekt organisiert. Auch der Transfer und die Aktivitäten wurden hervorragend koordiniert. Besonders beeindruckend war die Nachspeisenüberraschung zum Abendessen, die einfach genial war. Ein riesiges DANKE an die liebe Micaela für diesen grenzenlos genialen Aufenthalt zu meinem Geburtstag. Ich kann die Villa Esmi jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen besonderen Anlass feiern möchte. Hier wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt und man fühlt sich rundum wohl und verwöhnt.

We stayed for 2 months at Endri's place. This home was a great jumping off spot for adventuring around northern Albania. We went from the mountains to the sea and had a nice home to come back to each day. The yard was perfect for our dog. Durrës is a 15 minute walk away, theres a killer pizza joint up the road, and a Conad grocery store around the corner. The home is comfortable but needs to be updated. A perfect stay at a great price. Host is very nice and always responsive with helpful advice. We recommend.

Arsen’s place was perfect for our family! It was very baby friendly with limited décor and we enjoyed the high chair and baby toys. The apartment was very clean on arrival. His place is centrally located, so it’s easy to get around town. We really enjoyed the lemon tree and Arsen let us have as many lemons as we wanted while there. It was winter during our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the courtyard as much, but I’m sure it would have been great in nicer weather. He always responded quickly to our needs and re-supplied the essentials for us. The internet was perfect, allowing us to work remotely during our stay too. Thanks for a great stay, Arsen! We would recommend this place to anyone!

Мы хорошо отдохнули и провели время в доме. До моря около 300 м. Жилье легко найти. Ilias очень отзывчивый хозяин. Помогает , подсказывает и всегда интересуется тем, как проходит ваше пребывание у него и всё ли хорошо. Дом находится в достаточно спокойном районе Саранды, но при этом до центра 5 минут. Рядом есть и хорошие супермаркеты ( Планета, Big market) и много вкусных таверн. Жилье полностью оборудовано всем необходимым. Обязательно остановились бы здесь снова!

Anita's place is a lush oasis overlooking the sea from high above. The garden is wonderful and very well maintained, with lots of trees, fruits and flowers, with a great bbq corner, really like the pictures. The house is well equipped, comfortable with a cosy atmosphere. We enjoyed the place very much. Just across the street, the Taverna Viktoria can't be missed and is worth a few visits for the friendly service and tasty dishes to enjoy from the quiet terrace. Multiple beaches are a few kilometers away, each one offering a different scenery. We spent a great time in and around Piqeras, and we appreciated to come back to this nice place, to spend time in the garden. Getting fresh fresh pomegranate, lemon or kaki direct from the trees was a great plus to the stay. Not to forget the more than friendly cat coming and going and always happy to cuddle. This has been a great week and we thank Anita a lot for making this place available to us!

Если ещё раз поеду в Дуррес то только к Brikene. Расположение дома замечательное,свое тихое место на закрытой территории возле моря,закаты на терассе или на берегу моря,сон под звук моря это особое удовольствие. Brikene всегда на связи и любые вопросы( такси,позднее прибытие или наоборот нужно выехать попозже,аренда машины) решаются моментально. Мы были с годовалым ребенком и это место подходящее на все 💯. Спасибо за гостеприимство.

Le logement de Léo est tout simplement exceptionnel : spacieux, élégant, raffiné et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout y est parfaitement pensé, il ne manquait absolument rien pour passer un séjour confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, et en plus de ça, Léo a été un hôte exemplaire : accueillant, sympathique, très réactif et toujours de bon conseil pour découvrir les meilleures adresses locales. Un immense merci pour cette belle expérience, je recommande les yeux fermés !

Nous avons trouvé le logement facilement grâce aux instructions d’Aldi. Le logement est vraiment fidèle à la description. Nous avons été accueillies par la maman d’Aldi, une femme vraiment adorable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Nous recommandons 😊
