beautiful home to stay at, quick responses to any requests we had. So clean and tidy, comfortable beds, great facilities. close to all amenities. However would have liked tea and coffee provided. would come and stay again

This is a fantastic place for the family to spend the holiday. It is immaculate and big, which suits a family's special occasion. We love the place, especially our kids, who enjoyed the swimming and spa pools. Not only that, but it is so close to the beach for swimming and surfing. There is a local park and soccer field that we usually walk to play or exercise. Lisa is a friendly host who responds promptly if we need help. This is one of the best holiday homes available in the area, and we would love to return there. It is very secure and private for us visitors. We extended our visit for another day as we all enjoyed and loved the place and the area. There were 10 of us altogether, and it was worth the money we paid, and I highly recommend this place. Our Family (2 Adults, 2 Children 5y & 3Y) had a fantastic stay. The location was quiet and close enough to everything. Beautiful Walking track 2 mins from the front door which feels very distant from the city location. The Pool, which is the perfect size for the property, is great for the kids and deep enough for adults to soak in, it also feels very safe with the fencing. The kid's rooms are perfect for children up to their teenage years and the master bedroom is comfortable and has a good view of the backyard (Tramp and Pool), allowing you to relax from inside and watch kids outside. Off-street parking is covered and easy to access and the living area and kitchen are all nice and family friendly. Thanks again for hosting us and we look forward to returning one day.

We were in Riverhead for a family wedding. The location and facilities were spot on. Traveling to the event centre was easy and didn't take too long. The House and gardens gave a peaceful and welcoming vibe. Thank you for sharing it with us.

We had a three night stay at Malina's house and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect and within 5 min walk to the main Mission Bay bars and restaurants. Malina and Rod were both highly responsive and provided suggestions and also helped rescue us by lending us two international adapters for our devices. The house is beautiful and as shown in the photos. Modern and clean and the standout has to be the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Our kids spent every afternoon in the pool area and loved it all. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Mission Bay area.

I had a wonderful stay at Sam’s place! The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. Sam was a good host: friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, offering helpful local tips and making sure everything went smoothly. Beautiful, a home away from home. Sanctuary to relax and unwind. surrounded by nature (forestry), immersed in bird sounds and the rustling of leaves. Few times a plane had flown by and was exciting for us. Dom was very responsive if we needed to make contact. The place was neat and tidy. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend to others looking for somewhere peaceful to stay.

Great place to stay this week while we had a wedding at mudbrick. The place was close to many things and the car was great for the rainy days. The place was great , tidy and enough space for the 6 of us.

We had a lovely and peaceful trip. The weather sucked, but the house was comfy and wonderfully quiet. We were surrounded my nature with beautiful native birds, highland cattle and even a rooster strolling around the property. Given the weather we also enjoyed the fire.

We found this property to be just as advertised. Lisa is a great host who is responsive and helpful. We loved the property. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome location, restaurants, cafes, parks, bus/train and supermarkets nearby. Lovely and private house, clean and felt very relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Susan's place. The weather was not the best, but clearly the views over Algies Bay are great. We noted that the photos on the website were taken with a wide-angle lens, which unnecessarily exaggerates the spaciousness in the rooms. Susan kept good contact with us without being intrusive, which is always appreciated. The property is exceptionally well-equipped, and the front deck is clearly an asset. The cost was pretty steep in comparison to similar properties, but it was Easter weekend. In summary, we highly recommend Susan's property to future guests.

Such a great house and in a great location! We loved everything about it. It was spacious, clean, and close to the beach. It was a perfect place to stay when in the Snells Beach area. Would have loved to stay longer if we could.

Cole's place is a stylish, spacious home with great living space and a beautiful outdoor patio/garden. The location is super. A short walk to Point Chevalier beach for swimming and less than 15 mins drive to the city centre. The jacuzzi is a bonus!

We used Stacey’s home as a base for our wedding weekend. It is in a rural location but the home is easy to find. It was neat, clean and had stunning views. The home is fully equipped which came in handy. Stacey is also super responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Lovely, comfortable stay with plenty of room. We were a bit unsure at first because the owners live in the rear part of the house but we had all the privacy we needed, no issues and very thoughtful hosts. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Liz's place is a jewel. Super nice and quiet area, with a small park to go running at walking distance and very close to a bus station. We had an amazing time cooking and spending time in the kitchen and back yard. Liz is super friendly and would recommend her to anyone. The house is easy to find and the instructions are very clear. A neat and tidy airbnb offering a conveniently located and affordable base, particularly for events nearby. The heaters were much appreciated during this cooler visit. Our only drawback this time was the increased highway traffic noise, which was more noticeable, than during our previous stay. Overall, we would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Lilian’s place! The home is spacious, clean, and offered a very reasonable price for the area. The linens were comfortable, and we appreciated the relaxing environment. The only minor downside was the low water pressure, but overall it didn’t affect our experience much. Would definitely recommend to others!
