Vacation rentals with lake access in Alberta

Very organized and family-friendly walk-out basement. Important to know there is quiet hours, as the landlords might be upstairs. Big patio and stunning lake view. We really loved it!

this was the first air bnb we've ever done, we work out of town occasionally and for this reason we wanted to try to stay away from hotels as there isn't alot too them and there expensive for what you get. this was defintly the way to go for us and will be doing the same in the future after staying at this air bnb from chris. would highly recommend to anyone.

Barb has been incredibly responsive all throughout. when I was stuck at the airport due to a mixup with my car rental,she stayed with me over messaging, with some really great alternative suggestions. From the freshly washed blanket on the couch, to all the snack options tailored to my preference, and the views...oh my goodness, just stunning and so peaceful! Barb just really went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. I was given the perfect balance of privacy with letting me know she was there for any need I had. The home was lovely and uncluttered, cozy living room with the fireplace and a spot to set up my laptop and work in a private area away from the main spaces. I had every amenity I needed to live very comfortably. This was one of the best host and airbnb experiences. Thank you Barb!

We stayed at Kim's cabin over Christmas and it was a great choice. The cosy, wooden interior, the log fireplace, and the moody views across the lake really made it a special stay. The open layout of the main living area makes for a great group hang-out space. - the well stocked kitchen overlooks the living space, with an island with stools in-between - perfect for laying out spreads for people to graze! The dining area to the side, while removed slightly from the main area, is still very open and holding conversations between the 3 areas was seamless We only used the 2 downstairs bedrooms and the furnishings were good and in-keeping with the cosy and rustic feel. We made use of both the sauna and jacuzzi tub, and both worked well. As a group of just 4 we fit very comfortably, but even with 6 I feel there'd be plenty of room to hang out together, or spread out and have your own space if you wanted. Overall a very comfortable property than captures the warm vibe of the Kootenays.

We were a group of 10 and had plenty of room. The home had pretty much everything you could ask for, one thing we were missing was a couple of hair dryers. The yard was very large and right on the water with an amazing view. Amy was great at responding to all my questions. Would defiantly come back!

We had a wonderful few days in Cold Lake. l can say that our accommodation was definitely the highlight of the trip! We were moved to the larger unit with the garden walkout deck and private barbecue without any request from us. The rooms were exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed and more to make our stay feel like our own home. The roof and mobile fans made the hot summer weather tolerable and comfortable. We travelled with a small utility trailer that carried our electric bikes, and there was more than enough space made available for us to safely park it. We experienced no noise or disturbance at all during our stay, even with the roadworks that were close by. We were even offered the use of a garage to store anything we want. There were more than enough space outside the unit in and around the garden to give our smaller kids space to safely move around and stretch their legs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet safe place in Cold Lake. Many thx!

The address and google maps was a little off, I did a few laps of the block across the street. My confirmation gave one address but the address in front of the building was different. It would be more clear if the name of the building was given. Manager was excellent, attentive but not invasive. There were chocolates upon arrival, some delicious homemade cookies, choc dipped pretzels & fruit, and easter egg hunt for my younger child and even some delicious homemade cabbage rolls. Having laundry on site was a blessing. Place is exactly as pictured. Having a full sized kitchen to cook meals in for a family was great for a longer stay. Would definitely stay again!

Andy and Heather’s place is amazing. We had a wonderful few days of stay. It is located at the heart of downtown so it is very walkable. They provided easy check in and checkout as well as local recommendations. It has made our Kelowna trip wonderful.

Comfortable, spacious, well-appointed condo. Beautiful and peaceful surrounds, located close to water and main amenities of Osoyoos.

We had a wonderful stay and it exceeded our expectations. Lovely unit located close the the pool. The host were accommodating and helpful. communication was great. The pictures are accurate, kitchen is well equipped. We have highly recommended this place to our friends and hope to return next year! Would definitely book again!

What a beautiful gem! We really enjoyed our stay especially with the views that overlooked the beautiful Purcell mountains. The beach access and being a hop and a skip to the Hot Springs resort was such a bonus. What would add the perfect touch would be robes and slippers for the guests to feel like an extension of the resort.

Pauline was prompt in communicating and answering questions ahead of time, and her place is wonderful for families. We all enjoyed the space and the perfect location for exploring the area.

I would stay here again! The home is waterfront, and extremely peaceful. Definitely a getaway from a busy life. There are many places to swim, and get sun. Also shaded areas to relax. The neighbours are extremely friendly. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Wonderful place to stay! We had so much fun at the lake water park and our home away from home was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We appreciated having 4 separate bedrooms to accommodate our group of 7. The a/c worked great and we could enjoy the sun outside then relax in the cool comfort of the house. Melanie was a super responsive host and very helpful which was greatly appreciated. If you’re on the fence about the golf cart rental, go for it. The walk to the pool and market is flat and easy but the trip down to the lake is quite the hike.

Ryan and Katie were very kind and helpful. An Amazing Place to go relax and have actives to do too . We really enjoyed the experience of their wood burning hot tub . We did the Moyie water fall hike ,the river was high like we expected with spring run off. We still had a great hike . We also got to use their canoe too. Thank you very much for being able to rent your house and property.

Beautiful stay in this excellent little cabin - a great jumping-off point for adventures. Gosia was very welcoming, and we enjoyed chatting with her over breakfast.

This was our second time at Marta’s place and we will be back! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental in Sylvan Lake. Well stocked, clean, comfortable. The amenities just add to the ambience. Walkable to beach, shopping and great restaurants. Marta is a gracious, responsive host who goes above and beyond to make your stay special. This place is suitable for everyone!

This is a great spot on the lake in one of the best places on Earth.

overall Sarah's listing was fantastic. she is responsive and clear with exactly what we needed to do to enter the breathtaking resort and find her cottage that stood out with both a welcoming feel and a clear to see sign. making the code easy to remember was a great touch, for once I wasn't fumbling with my bags in hand at the door to find the code from my phone. the complimentary bottle of wine was vary much enjoyed by my guests. the entire cottage was immaculately cleaned, had every amenity we needed and the rules were clear and vary much reasonable. I can go on and on with every small detail that was thought of and made attainable. again Sarah's accommodation is highly recommended to anyone and I will surely be booking this again in the future. thanks again Sarah for making our trip so phenomenal and one to remember.

Beautiful, clean, bright and spacious. The deck was amazing for its proximity and spectacular view of the lake which was the most relaxing, peaceful and serene experience we had in a while. The balmy perfect evenings were particularly gorgeous to watch the stars. Lots to do including enjoyable offerings in Kelowna. Everything was so comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, hosts were super responsive to any query. We will be back!

Spent 3 days in a very peaceful place! Beautiful views and surroundings. The cabin was very comfortable and the hot tub was great to spend time outside especially as the snow was falling. The cooking facilities had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for sharing your place with us
