TV con canales por satélite (la mayoría de canales alemanes, alguno francés y alguno inglés). Piscina comunitaria. En la zona encontrará todas las facilidades, parking, restaurantes, bares, supermercados, etc.

Our "Casa del Mar" is located in the first beach area (south-facing) of Alcudia and offers a fantastic view of the beautiful marina and the bay "Platja d'Alcúdia". The residential complex is located in the heart of Port de Alcudia and has plenty to offer for young and old alike. Restaurants, bars, boutiques etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The use of the communal pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the complex, sun loungers are of course available and included.

This modern property is situated in the bay of Alcudia in the popular Playa de Muro area. Conveniently located the villa is just a 15 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach, while a selection of restaurants and bars are even closer. During the early and later parts of the season a car may be necessary as some facilities located close by may not be available. Inside, the house is bright and comfortable whilst the cool, swimming pool is surrounded by paved sun terraces.
