The chalet is 6 km from Patrimônio da Penha and 16 km from Pedra Roxa. Nearest city (Santa Marta) is 4 km away where there is a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and restaurant. We have Wi-Fi via radio (rural area). The chalet is only 1.5 km from the asphalt (unpaved road).

This house has a very spacious en-suite, kitchen, pantry and outdoor area (large). It is located in a very quiet central area, a 10-minute walk to the city center. The house is on the third floor of a 3-house complex. There is no garage available, but the street has no exit and Alegre, being a small town, it is quite safe to leave the car in front of the house.
