All rooms have fitted wardrobes, and have access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool, and a bathroom with a bath. The apartment has centralized air conditioning (hot/cold), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free WI-FI Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by elevator. Entering the apartment on the right is the main terrace, with a private pool - which can be used throughout the year (not heated). A bright duplex with a kitchen, private terrace and excellent views. It is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.
