Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Alicante

New apartment, easy to access from the street and with everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Close proximity to beaches and restaurants.

Overall the location for me was at the start of poyente beach, witch was perfect for me, as I prefer that side of benidorm. The apartment was located on the 5th floor of the complex with a lift, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with doubles and 1 with 2 single beds, living area was very large and comfortable and could easily accommodate a large family very comfortably with traditional Spanish décor,. bathroom was very large too, with a shower that was piping hot and powerful if required. kitchen has all the appliances you require including gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine etc. Towels where provided for the week The balcony is extremely large and you get the sun on it all day. overall I would definitely come back here again. Excellent Value and Excellent hosts, with great communication.

Phenomenal in everything. The apartment is very flirtatious and breathtaking views, at that height you feel isolated from all the murmur and jaleo of the streets. Of course we would repeat. Thanks to Alex for always being on the lookout. A 10.

The apartment is very beautiful and modern, it is very well equipped, we have everything we need, moreover the neighbors do not make any noise, the airco is present in all the bedrooms except the kitchen and the bathroom the only drawback is the 4 floors to go up with the suitcases but it's doable, the host is very friendly and responds quickly

It's been a wonderful stay. The house complies with all amenities. Carlo was always quick to respond to our inquiries. The beach (Cala) is a 17 minute walk where there are routes to do. The gem of the house is the view. Very quiet area. The communal pool you have access to is right in front of the house. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful villa, very well kept, with private swimming pool. Possibility to have a heated pool, which is really a plus during the winter period. Impeccable layout of the villa, everything is well thought out for the well-being of the tenants. Quiet neighborhood near shops, restaurants, etc.... Manuel is a very friendly and helpful Host. He personally greeted us to greet us and give us all the info about the house, about the area. Precious and honest, her tips about the city and places to eat typical and not very touristy things. Alicante is a large town that must be discovered especially in the streets of the old town and its fantastic promenade. Great stop for those who, like us, cross the province and the Dorata coast by car through Spain. We are satisfied. Thanks Manuel!⭐

We absolutely loved our stay in Dido and Amy’s house - super location in Javea’s historic centre yet very quiet and the accommodation itself even better than the photos. Immaculately clean and well maintained and plenty of room for a full compliment of 5 guests. We would definately return if ever in the same area again. Thank you so much to our hosts for a wonderful 4 night stay.

We had a good stay at Jeroen’s!

Nice and spacious apartment, as the pictures showed. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates etc, so cooking yourself could be very easy. Communication with Patty, who received us, was very easy. Apartment is a short walk from the boulevard.

Con todo, No tenemos ninguna queja. Todo excellente. We are more than satisfied and Hope to return for another vacation next year

Great location and pool

Lovely place - open, light and with a beautiful view. Walking access to beach was brill, and had playgrounds nearby which was good for our son. Tram was pretty accessible to town centre as well.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay here! we had a 3 and 6 year old and there was so much space for them in the apartment. All amenities were available. The location is fantastic, on the beach in less than 30 seconds. It was the cleanest beach we've ever seen with lovely wooden play areas dotted all the way along which our kids loved. Plenty of eating options too, and the place directly opposite, although not 'fancy' was so cheap and easy for breakfast drinks and snacks and was always lively. We got 2 buses from the airport which was so easy even with 2 kids 2 cases and a buggy. we also got the bust to Alicante Town in the evenings which was very easy and cheap. Alicante old town is lovely, so much culture and a lot to see. Highly recommend the castle as well. We had a few issues during our stay (not to do with the apartment) and Hagen was so easy to contact and helped us immediately which we are very greatful for. Would recommend to anyone!

All I have to say is WOW! This stay has been one of my absolute favorites. I often stay in Alicante, so I know many great spots, but Maxim’s place has the best location by far! This apartment is located very close to La Playa del Postiguet and below it is the elevator entrance to Santa Barbara Castle. But despite its central location, it’s very quiet in the apartment. The views are unbeatable from the living room. Moreover, this is probably the cleanest airbnb or hotel I have ever stayed in… spotless linens and mattresses, shiny counter tops and super clean bathrooms. The special additions like the amazing view, artistically designed interior, and super fun rain head shower with LED lights in the bathroom made this place so unique. Last but not least, the host’s communication was impeccable. From local recommendations to quick responses. The host even allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment for a few hours after check out before we left town! This place is seriously luxurious.

Great place to stay, especially with young kids. Beach just across from the apartment with plenty of restaurants nearby. Kids loved the tennis court, playground and swimming pool on site. Breath taking views of the sunrise in the morning out the huge windows.
