Woonkamer met keuken dat voorzien is van alle keukengerei, vaatwasser, koelkast, koffiemachine, broodrooster en airfryer. De zithoek is voorzien van een comfortabele bank, TV en open haard. Het dakterras heeft een serre met houtkachel, patio met eethoek, BBQ, buitendouche en groot zonneterras. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een badkamer ensuite voorzien van douche, bad, dubbele wastafel, apart toilet en bidet. Let op! Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

We are on the third floor. No lift.
