Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Enjoy your stay in Oldenburg in this quiet and centrally located home. By bus (the Drielake bus stop is about a 4-5 minute walk away), you can reach the train station and in the city in a maximum of 10 minutes. It's just as fast by bike. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the university. For families with children, there is a beautiful, large playground at the end of our cul-de-sac, in the middle of the countryside. Shops (penny, Combi, Lidl) are within walking distance.

City, state theater, restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away. Pius-Hospital and Ev. Hospital located in the neighborhood. This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.
