Excellent Bia, more than pending and friendly. The place is excellent!!! We were uncomfortable with the water (the pump broke) and fixed it very quickly. Very flexible with the schedules, I wait for us after arriving delayed by customs. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent value for money. The house is gigantic, we were very comfortable during our stay and counted on everything we needed. Less than 5min by car is a food park with gastronomy for all tastes and palates, apart from having a pharmacy and a Biggie a few meters from said food park. Host Cindy was super friendly, responded to all my messages and was predisposed to any eventualities at all times. We were greeted by his father-in-law for check-in and was flexible with the schedule. I would be back in the future and with more friends! 😁 Super recommended!

Maria was is wonderful host. We loved this apartment! It is very spacious, clean, and the beddings were so perfect! Maria communicated super fast and helped with all our questions. When our shower failed to produce hot water she sent an electician to repair it immediately. The only min-point is the noise from a nearby busy road, and the parties from the neighbours, which interfere with sleep... Dont worry though, bring your earbuds for a wonderful sleep.

Great cost benefit! Simple yet super cozy apartment! It was the first time we stayed at the paraguay and it was super quiet. Bedroom were super smelling and everything was very clean. Fanny also left water in the fridge which helped a lot because we arrived around midnight. The only observation I leave is about a rooster 🐔 from the neighboring front that sings from 4:20 am to about 07:00 kkkkkk, but nothing that an ear protector doesn't solve. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would definitely come back again! Super recommend ❤️

The best cost-benefit of ciudad del este,the apartment has a privileged location, close to the main shops, bureaux de change, supermarket and casino. The kitchen is super-equipped, the air conditioning works great and the balcony is a nice place to relax. Another positive point was TV with access to streaming services like Netflix, ideal for resting after a day of shopping. Mr. Joel was an amazing host — very friendly, helpful and flexible. We definitely recommend
