The 45 m² space is excellently distributed to optimize space and is located on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator) with views of the Guaza mountain and the swimming pool. It is 5 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the tourist areas.

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are true luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

Cozy one bedroom apartment, situated in a quiet and peaceful complex in the heart of Amarilla Golf Club. It’s terrace promises spectacular views over the golf camp out to the Volcano Teide. Cosmos Apartment consists of an open plan kitchen/ living room, one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a swimming pool in the complex, with a pool bar where you can soak up the sun while sipping chilled sangria.

This lovely high quality two bed apartment enjoys stunning sea front views from the sunny south facing balcony. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd) but access is directly from the road so no steps are required. The apartment is part of a complex with three delightful pools. (Two of which are heated in the winter). There are also two large golf courses nearby.

Beautiful studio, completely renovated, on the beachfront and next to the pool. Decoration in navy blue tones with a red touch that invites romance. Ideal for couples of any age and status, although the apartment is also prepared to accommodate a maximum of four people thanks to its sofa bed.
