A very beautiful spot in a very beautiful home. I enjoyed a lot the peace and quiet of the place as well as the atmosphere at the house. The private patio for me was the special touch that made it unforgettable, and Julia was an awesome host who was always very responsive and very friendly . I’ll be back for sure.

Very unique house. Very clean. The decor inside and outside was just amazing and the pool was a big plus for my family. Loved the big spacious patio. The inside was very cozy and welcoming. Esteban was great to usand very responsive to any questions we had. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. I will be going back soon.

We loved staying at Carries Lake Amistad home. Although Lake Amistad level is very low, the view from the back porch was beautiful, lots of birds and deer to watch. Lots of room for two couples and we enjoyed exploring the area. Would love to come back when the lake level rises.

My recent month-long stay at John and Tirzah's AirBnB was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I booked the property, I knew I was in for a special experience. The warm communication and thoughtful details made the process seamless and enjoyable. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a stunning space that felt like a home away from home. The space was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities one could wish for. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare meals with ease. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of work. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which added a personal touch and created a welcoming atmosphere.

Place was beautiful and peaceful, exactly how it looks, felt right at home.

Acuna, doesn't have good hotels. And if you're looking for something thrifty, this is your place, very safe, very clean. I recommend lit.

Jamie was extremely responsive and thorough in responding to each query and she checked-in with us to ensure we have everything we need. The place was in excellent condition and spotless clean! We had a large group ranging from 6 months old to 30+ year olds and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was packed with things to do for every age group from board games, to foot massager, to large TVs. Property is huge, great views and felt very peaceful. Will highly recommend Jamie as a host and her property!

We had such a wonderful time with our family at the house. It was so spacious and cozy. We loved exploring the Fort and Kickapoo Cavern State Park. Brittany was a great host and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay on the Nueces was just what we wanted - quiet and peaceful. Camp Wood is a very small town, so come prepared with what you want (good books, specialty foods, etc), and you’ll enjoy the serenity of that part of the river. It was just a short walk down to the riverbank, and it was perfect for our little one to wade and splash. The water was clear and refreshingly cold on warm days. The house has everything we needed to prepare meals, and we enjoyed evenings under the giant oaks outside. Marci was a great communicator - prompt and thorough for check-in and check out!
