House semi-détaché in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Upstairs accessible for guests (basement renovation paused). Walking distance to many groceries and restaurants. Spacious and sunny, comfortable queen bed and fully equipped kitchen.Three-space snow- cleared parking lots right at the door. Cable and wifi. Bottled water, tea and coffee provided. To access the 2nd bedroom with a small double bed, it costs extra. Please reserve "3rd guest", for 2 guests request 2 beds or adults with 2children.

Beautiful little 3 1/2 loft style on 2 floors. Located in the pretty Sacré-Coeur district, this small, welcoming, practical and comfortable apartment will please you. Although it is a 10 minute walk to the entertainment district and all services (grocery stores, pharmacies, S.A.Q, Wal-Mart, canadian tire etc...) the place remains peaceful and quiet. Hiking/cycling trails as well as 2 beaches are also nearby. Access to the back yard (fireplace, bbq, hammock) on request.

Pleasant chalet, in an open area, very well lit by the windows. The lake shore is private across the width of the grounds. There is a pleasant little adjacent terrace. It's a small lake, with clear and rather cold water, because it comes mainly from underground springs. Without motorized boats (petrol). Intimate land with lots of trees. Place for campfire. Forest just behind, with beautiful trails. A snowmobile trail is nearby.

Simplify your life by staying at this conveniently located place. On a 2nd floor and well-lit. Within walking distance to Wal Mart, SAQ, and IGA. La Cage aux Sports is a 5 minute walk from the rent. This residential area is great for walking and hosting and within a 5-minute drive of downtown and the hospital. Hiking trails and a beach are within a 10-minute walk. Free parking at entrance A quiet place and surrounded by nature, very nice place for a couple, to relax and refuel.
