The second time we stayed at this apartment and we were extremely pleased with everything. Exactly as announced, especially regarding cleaning, availability of bedding, table and bath linen, dish cloths, clean and smells, kitchen utensils and crockery, all practical and sufficient. Super airy apartment with huge private balcony, super favorable for our Pets leisure area. It is noteworthy that hosts respond quickly, online, and are always available for any questions and are super polite. The location is perfect. We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The place is Amazing. The house has several rooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The playground was a great success with the children, and everyone took advantage of the barbecue space for meals and enjoy good times together. The house offers a perfect environment for bringing family and friends together, and without a doubt, we will come back more often.

I had a great experience with Mr. Leandro, the house is very cozy and well equipped, everything clean and tidy, the hospitality,kindness and education of the host also made a total difference, he made himself available all the time, responding quickly, giving clear instructions and recommendations from nearby places to walk, I indicate with my eyes closed!! Apart from this the same was very helpful, as I rented the house to ask my girlfriend to marry, promptly Mr. Leandro offered to help me organize an unforgettable surprise for her, everything was very beautiful.

Communication with Tainá was always very quick, she helped us with everything we needed. The place is spacious, cozy. The description already states that you need to bring your own bed/bath linens. We took everything and it was fine. The garage is for one car only, but we left another on the street every day and had no problems or concerns.

Cozy place and according to the pictures. All organized and clean. Perfect for spending a few days with family. Homemade explained everything straight and very attentive. For sure we intend to return, my family and I like it very much.

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

Chayene's place was great! We spent 2 months there and were very comfortable. We cooked most nights but there are some great restaurants. There are a few walkable options for groceries. Every time we needed something Chayene was responsive and attentive. The neighborhood is good and safe and we felt secure in the building that has a 24 hour security guard who were all friendly. The place was a great value and we would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is located right in the center of the city, with easy access to pharmacies, markets and restaurants, allowing all activities on foot thanks to its privileged location. The building was impeccable, extremely clean and very well equipped, with quality furniture and household utensils. The hospitality of Dona Fátima and Mr. José Carlos was exceptional, always considerate and very kind. I recommend the stay for everyone looking for comfort and practicality in Serra Negra.
