“An amazing experience. Living as they did in the early 1800's. What a beautiful log cabin. We feel very lucky that we had the opportunity to stay. Very welcoming and helpful host. Lovely eggs, bacon and bread as well as all the staples. Would definitely stay again. The whole family loved it! Can't do this in Western Australia! ❤️❤️”

“Leslea was a wonderful host! We only stayed a single night but were greeted on arrival by Leslea who gave us a tour of the property including an overview of its history, which was great to hear before we stayed in the Waverley Cottage. It is so nice to see how passionate Leslea clearly is about the property and how much she loves hosting people there! The space was lovely and tidy and has a lot of character - certainly one for lovers of all things unique, cosy and quaint. Pack your winter woolies as it gets cold overnight, but the electric blankets and fireplace were nice cosy touches to add some warmth. Fully stocked kitchen including fresh eggs, milk and bread were a very nice addition to top off our stay. Would highly recommend.”

“Lovely Cottage in the middle of the village, well appointed, tastefully decorated, and has everything you need. The fire was lit when we arrived, making a very toasty welcome. The hospitality was great and we thorough enjoyed our stay. Located right next to the Carrington Mill, we look forward to coming back and checking out the distillery. Thanks Graham and Tracey”
