We enjoyed staying in this cosy family home. The views are amazing and the house is in an area with good opportunities to go for a walk. Highly recommended!

Het huis van Anja is prachtig, maar wat wij nog prachtiger vonden was het uitzicht. Wij waren met zijn drieën, en we waren het erover eens dat we nog nooit eerder ergens hadden geslapen met zo’n mooi uitzicht. Anja reageerde altijd vlot en is heel vriendelijk, jammer dat we haar niet hebben kunnen ontmoeten. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. We brachten er 3 dagen door. Twee dagen trokken we erop uit met de auto, de laatste dag bleven we in het huis. Het gaf ons echt een vakantiegevoel en we voelden ons er ook thuis. Zeker weten aan te bevelen!

Gry est un hôte tout a fait accueillant et amical. Il nous a gentillement prêté son bateau pour aller pêcher dans la fjord en face de la maison. De nombreux équipements électroménagers sont disponibles dans la maison ainsi que de très bons couteaux de cuisine. La maison est tout à fait charmante. Nous vous recommandons de séjourner dans la maison de Gry.

Beate und Havard sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als wir ein unvorhergesehenes Problem hatten, halfen sie uns sofort. Das war nicht selbstverständlich. Wir sind ihnen hierfür sehr dankbar. Das kleine Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum Wasser und der schöne Ausblick lässt sich vom Wohnzimmer aus bei jedem Wetter genießen. Einen Wal haben wir auch gesehen. Wer Lust hat, darf sogar Kajak fahren oder die Schneeschuhe benutzen. Tipps für die Unternehmungen haben wir auch erhalten. Das Grundstück bietet zudem genügend Parkplätze. Es handelt sich um eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, die wir jemals besucht haben und können sie wärmstens empfehlen.

De woning, de omgeving...kortom alles is er prima. De host doet er alles aan om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. De woning is mooi gerenoveerd en voorzien van elektrische snufjes en hoogstaande kwaliteit. De woning op zich is al een belevenis 👍. Alex is zeer medelevend en flexibel. Wij hebben gekozen om fleswater te gebruiken voor het koffiezetapparaat. Onder de douche daarintegen is het water zacht aanvoelend voor huid en haar. Wij raden deze Airbnb zeker aan ! My friends and I wanted to spend a quiet few days relaxing with access to a hot tub. It's snowed almost non-stop and we hardly left the house. It was super cosy, warm, quiet and perfect. We saw sea eagles and reindeer from the door every day. Hans showed us how to use the hot tub on the first night and we enjoyed sitting in it, in the snow each day/night. We did get a glimpse of the NL but it was sadly cloudy the whole time. The icing in the cake was when Hans came and brought us some freshly caught Cod. An extremely welcome surprise which we had for dinner that night. Delicious and very appreciated. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Un alloggio meraviglioso, una location fantastica! L'appartamento è arredato in maniera impeccabile, offre tutto il necessario e la vista è spettacolare!!! Siamo riusciti a vedere un aurora boreale stupenda!!! Grazie di tutto Jahn!

Hadde gleden av å være her en helg. Veldig hyggelig vert, veldig fleksibel og vennlig. Leiligheten var kjempekoselig, ren og hadde nydelig utsikt. Vi kunne ikke hatt det bedre her, og kommer nok tilbake. Verten var tilgjengelig på melding og svarte raskt når vi hadde spørsmål. Takk for en super helg!

Flott leilighet med nydelig utsikt mot havet. Fint turområde. Vi stortrivdes og kommer gjerne tilbake.

We spent three wonderful days on Skogsøya. The house, although not traditional in style, was superbly positioned overlooking the sea and the neighbouring islands. The huge picture windows give an ever changing view that in real life are much better than the photos. We walked the coast road and several of the footpaths some of which climb hills behind the house and offer views over Vesterålen. You can hike to the north coast, but it gets very boggy beyond the big lake. Check the ferry timetable before travelling and if you arrive on a Sunday remember to do your shopping the day before! We would wholeheartedly recommend staying in Anders place on this magical island.

Beautiful place, stayed here for 1,5 weeks, saw lots of eagles, moose and reindeer, all within 15min of the house. Even saw otters swim by from the house one morning. It has beautiful sea view and the host is very nice. Was also enjoying the ping pong table next door! Hike starts right out the back door and many other hikes in the area. Recommended!

Wonderful and cozy voyage in the middle of the woods. Roger was very attentive and brought us wood and fuel as many times as we needed it. Very attentive host and very special house for a very authentic experience.

Fast perfekt!! Wir waren zu siebt um Skitouren zu unternehmen in der Unterkunft. Die Lage war super, da wir in der Umgebung zahlreiche Möglichkeiten hatten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist umfangreich ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sauna und Whirlpool mit privaten Steg ins Meer waren außerordentlich angenehm für uns zum entspannen. Es war alles total sauber bei unserer Ankunft und der Check in hat problemlos funktioniert. Warum fast perfekt? Der separate Müllraum war bereits bei unserer Ankunft voll mit Abfall unserer Vorgänger und dementsprechend nicht ansehnlich. Aber bis auf diesen kleinen Makel war das Gesamterlebnis wirklich toll und ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Lovely home in such a beautiful location! I agree with another reviewer that the photos online do not fully do the home or peaceful surroundings justice. The inside was cozy, bright and clean. The outside had so many amenities including a boat, kayak, SUPs, hot tub and barbecue. There were multiple outside areas to sit, relax and enjoy the amazing view. Steinar and Sissel were so kind, even buying some groceries for us before our arrival since the supermarket was closed on Sundays. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again … highly recommend!

Wir waren 9 Tage im April zum Langlaufen bei Trond und hatten eine super Zeit. Die Lage war perfekt für uns, mit guten Loipen, den Lofoten, Harstad und Narvik in gut erreichbarer Nähe. Mit Elch und Nordlichtern hatten wir eine unvergessliche Woche.

Wat een prachtig, smaakvol ingericht en gezellig huis met misschien wel het mooiste uitzicht van heel Scandinavië! En als naaste buur was er een zeearend die regelmatig langsvloog. Het was een geweldige locatie om van het Noorderlicht te genieten. Het contact met Linda was heel erg goed. We hebben genoten!

Zeer mooi gelegen hut in een rustige buurt waar we zelfs elanden hebben gespot. Weg naar de hut is beetje moeilijk als het regent omdat het heel moerassig is maar zeker te doen met bergschoenen. Top prijs kwaliteit

We unfortunately never met Trude, we would have liked to, she made the house ready for us (the cabin is well off the main road so even if it's the basics of hospitality, the details were very appreciated), well light on in the evening when we arrived, warm and with plenty of firewood to have the right atmosphere. As I said the cabin is located half an hour from the main artery E10, but even for us that had to explore the island by car all the time due to coming in March with much snow, returning each day to the cabin was a very nice trip in the Tengelfjord. The house was tidy and left the feeling of being home. extremely cozy with a stunning view on the bay to the Norwegian ocean, peaceful and with all the necessary for our stay. Notable mention is also the iron firepit on the deck which we couldn't take advantage of but would surely be awesome to use in the late spring/summer frisky evenings. If we get back to Lofoten we would like to stay in this place again.
