Each studio features a double bed, a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, a veranda that looks over and embraces the sea with the marvelous beach

Μαιζονέτα στο κεντρικότερο σημείο του παραδοσιακού οικισμού Μπατσίου. Το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4 έως 5 άτομα. Διαθέτει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με υπέρδιπλο κρεββάτι (1,60μ*2,00μ), σοφίτα με ημίδιπλο στρώμα (1,30μ*1,95μ) στο οποίο μπορεί να κοιμηθεί ένας ενήλικας ή δυο παιδιά 10-15 ετών, 1 σκαμπό-κρεβάτι μονό (0,80μ*2,00μ), 1 μπάνιο, κουζίνα, καθιστικό, μεγάλη βεράντα με πέργκολα, έπιπλα κήπου και εξαιρετική θέα. Πλησίον της υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ και καφετέριες.

In a very central spot, a cosy and restful space, close to all the restaurants and shops of the Agora, in a quiet and narrow street. Arrive and forget all about your car, as you can find everything you need inside Chora. Restaurants, bars, cafes, museums, art galleries and beautiful beaches are just next to you.

Oktana Traditional House

Oktana Traditional House is a charming urban home located in Andros Town, the capital of Andros Island. For centuries, this area has been home to shipowners and seafaring families, reflecting the island's rich maritime history. The house sits within the ancient walls of the old town, on the main pedestrian street, right inside the historic Venetian castle district. Recently renovated, it combines all modern comforts while preserving the character and charm of Andros’ old town.

Apartment 37 sqm for 4 people in front of the sea on the beach of Neibori, overlooking the Chora of Andros & the endless blue of the Aegean. It is located in a historic stone building built in 1837. It consists of the main bedroom with a double bed & a second room, which has the uses of a living room, kitchen & leads to the bathroom, while above them, there is an open elevated bed, with 2 single mattresses. Not suitable for children under 7 years old (see & below).

Villa "Stefano" La Fleur, Andros

Villa Stefano was created following the classic Cycladic architecture but also representing the aristocratic look & feel of Andros island. Built in the village of Kochylou, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea going hand by hand with the calming feeling of the village. Roula's suites 2 is on the ground floor of the building with an amazing view of the sea. It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
