The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

For you who aren’t participating in the race, the location is even better. It’s just a couple of hundred meters from both the cycle course where the triathletes pass two times (1 lap, both directions) and the running course where the triathletes pass six times (3 laps, both directions).

We own the house and you have access to the whole house plus a very tiny courtyard. The Villa is situated on a corner lot in a calm neighborhood with only 50 meters to the ocean/beach. Newly renovated cottage in the charming terraced village of Kalkstad, just 7 km from Färjestaden, and just 20 km from the bridge. Rural location, right next to hiking trails and Alvaret. Open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining table with room for eight. 1 bedroom with 180 cm double bed. Sleeping loft with mattresses available, if more beds are needed. Bed linens and towels are included.

Experience the beautiful nature reserve Lövö. An island with walking trails, fishing grounds, woods and several bridges. The area has a diverse animal habitat. You will stay in a traditional Swedish cottage with a fantastic view over fields. The cabin has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and a toilet. Two bicycles are included and there is a canoe available for hire.
