The apartment is located next to the pedestrian commercial Ermou Street, with many lovely coffee shops, restaurants and shops. In just 5 min of walking, you can reach the water front, the promenade and the Harbor area. The apartment is situated at 5-7 min walking distance from a community parking.

Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Only the ground floor (consisting of 2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, bathroom) is rented at this price and the upper floor is not accessible butwill not be rentedout to other guests during your stay. The whole chalet (both floors) is available for rent and is presented on the airbnb platform under the brand name “Orfeas Chalet”
