The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Duplex en pleine campagne, mitoyen à un ancien corps de ferme et à un second logement de vacances (5 pers). Situé à 8km de la mer (Siouville-Hague) et de nombreux paysages à découvrir aux alentours. Logement tout équipé avec une grande pièce de vie au rez-de-chaussée, composée d’un coin cuisine équipé et d’un coin salon avec télévision TNT. Au deuxième étage, une chambre avec salle de bain et WC séparés. Logement équipé de Wifi mais très peu de réseau téléphonique.

Newly refurbished stone barn full of light and color in a cute village just 1 km from the sea. Wood floors and natural insulation give a feeling of warmth. Upstairs living room leads to sunny roof terrace or go out of kitchen to shady private garden. Home-cooked meals of homegrown or local produce available on request, as well as visits of our mini-farm and garden. Well-appointed kitchen includes dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and coffee maker.

Charming cottage *** "The countryside by the sea" (3.5 km). Located in a green valley, amidst ornamental gardens, it is a recently restored single-family house (80 m²), respecting the typical rural habitat of Cotentin. Ideally located north of the Cotentin peninsula, it will allow you to enjoy the many beaches and hiking trails, to taste the pleasures of shore fishing or local markets. The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

Our cottage, close to the beach and hiking trails, is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the old village area, called Caubus. A path will take you to the granite cliffs. 150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.
