Our spacious studio apartment is just a two minute walk to the beach and a short stroll along the sea front to the popular harbour village of St Aubin. The split-level studio is on the first floor in a separate part of our family home. The bedroom is located on the upper level with sea views towards St Aubin’s Bay. The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level with views across a quiet residential lane towards fields where you’ll often see Jersey cows grazing.

The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue – Character house

You will stay in a typical house in Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue (Favorite village of the French in 2019). Located within walking distance to the port and shops and 5 minutes to the beach. Ideal for 5 people, can accommodate an extra baby. Fully furnished accommodation, one bedroom-bathroom-toilet on the ground floor, the living room on the 1st floor and one bedroom-bathroom-toilet on the 2nd. Sheets provided on arrival with one towel and one glove per occupant.

Apartment located facing the sea, you will admire the arrival and departure of fishing boats. The jetties are waiting for you to fish with a rod. The beach is revealed at low tide. You can fish for shellfish (mussels and periwinkles) at every low tide. Total change of scenery, Calm assured with the sound of the waves that cradle you, Very friendly and cocooning atmosphere. Port-en-Bessin is located in the middle of the landing beaches.

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Beautifully Presented House

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach.
