Delicious 1-bedroom house, 1 bathroom (large) and living room/kitchen. The house accommodates a maximum of 4 people, two adults (double bedroom) and two single mattresses (for children in the living room). The entire house and pool overlook Marumbi and Serra do Mar. Amazing place to rest, renew your energy and enjoy nature! You can hear the noise of the river. The house faces Estrada da Graciosa (São João da Graciosa) and is at the edge of the asphalt, so there is no clay or dirt road. Come!🌞
