The house is excellent! We went in 8 people and we were totally comfortable. There is comfortable space for two cars in the garage and the neighborhood is very quiet. I didn't know the city, but I thought it was good because in the nearby neighborhoods there are shops and restaurants that are open late at the weekend. Getting by car, it is approximately 15 minutes from the Sanctuary of Aparecida. Samanta was very helpful and his father, Claudio, was super attentive, helpful and concerned about our experience at all times. I highly recommend it, and hope to come back more often!

Better than the pictures of the listing, dollhouse. Cheirosa, clean and smelling bedding, air conditioning freezes a lot, doors with blindex that insulate the acoustics. A very well equiped kitchen. Sensational beautiful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 place, peaceful and pleasant. Daniel is a great host, I always request. We were very well accommodated, wonderful bed and clean, smelling sheets. It is not possible to walk to the Basilica, but it is well worth it, for the comfort and for the host, who welcomed us very well. the place is very quiet, good to rest. We'll be back for sure. one of the best stays I've stayed in! There are shops nearby.

Personally, the house is more wonderful than the pictures show. Having the fixed weekend fair, close by, and Sunday's in front of the house, made our stay even more enjoyable. Easy location to walk to the Sanctuary. Clean and cosy house. We want to go back!

Naiara and a wonderful host only compliments .(Since the apartment and germinated the people on the side made a lot of noises at night and ended up disturbed to sleep) the street could be asphalta would greatly facilitate the rainy days unfortunately not and the fault of the host but of the city hall . The apto is 2 blocks from the beach and also has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies basically next door. Access to the center is also easy, about 3km. And is also close to the highway on which you can access the beaches of the northern region. The space is big and the kitchen complete, it would come back again!

The condominium has a complete structure and is located in the noble area of Ubatuba . Close to restaurants , shops , bakeries and etc If you want to be well installed , I recommend

We love the stay, the apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and the backyard is a great size.

All perfect, the flat is a grace, Carla super requests, the polite and helpful staff, we will return with certainty, and recommend it to everyone. The only caveat is for those who go with the elderly and children, evaluate the ladder, it is narrow snail type.

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.

The hostess was super attentive, helped us with a lot of information about the beaches and surroundings. The house was clean, smelling and comfortable, the pools of the condominium are great, has air-conditioned for children, the adult one has a good depth even for taller people. It's all very good, even better than your photos.
