The house has all the kitchen utensils, a double bed, a ceiling fan and curtains in the three bedrooms. The house is 480 meters from the sea. 10 minutes by car from Jurong Shipyard and less than 15 minutes from Suzano. NOTE: WE ARE RENTING ONLY THE FIRST FLOOR! The upstairs house is another independent house.
