A gem of a place with Wifi, big parking space, fully private, garden, pet friendly and only a few steps to the beach. Mr. Kumar is a wonderful host. He was already there to greet us. Very responsive. Suggested good eating places nearby. Property was very well maintained, easy to find, lovely location and justified the price completely. We could stay for one night this time but will love to stay again in future. A big thankyou ❤️

Very nice listing!! Looked just like photos! Very private ! Middle of city, very near to Railway station. There will be caretakers available 24/7 . Stayed for one light but caretaker became my bhai. Very good person. Worth the price and very good customer service.

We had a great time staying at bharath's place... the flat is as shown in the pictures.... it is in a newly constructed apartment with lots of space including play area for family to spent quality time... we enjoyed a lot... Host is very much proactive in arranging the requested kitchen utensils... and also helped me dropping to nearest busstop during checkout... My family felt safe and secured during our stay... Definitely makes us feel that we are in our second home.... Highly recommended....

As a senior couple, our stay at Mala’s place was truly special. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, like visiting long-lost relatives. Mala’s friendly and informal demeanor made us feel comfortable and welcome. Being a homestay, it offers a cozy, personal touch—perfect for those who appreciate a homely setup over a hotel experience. The location is excellent, with a clean beach road just steps away. Strolling along the beach, with plenty of food trucks, was a treat. Nearby restaurant ‘Vasenapoli’ & its dishes are highly recommended. The Aircraft and Submarine Museum are within 500 meters, and other Vizag attractions are easily accessible by hired or private vehicles. The highlight was spending time on the sea-facing balcony, enjoying the cool breeze and peaceful vibes. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. Our stay here will always be cherished—it was one of the most memorable homestays we’ve ever experienced.

Spacious and Tidy. And the caretaker Sreenu helps you with everything you need. Very good stay for families. Located in centre of the city and accessible to all sightseeing locations. Sea food market also nearby. Groceries and vegetables everything available in walkable distance.

I really liked the property as it was near to proximity to many places. Mr. Ramanaih was responsive and providing help wherever needed. Location is really very good as you can find all the hotels and other medical and grocery items nearby. The rooms were good but there are few things getting old and needs to be fixed are: 1. All the beds are making too much sound 2. Mattresses are really very thin and uncomfortable 3. Washrooms need repair as there are no glass windows in ventilation windows. Apart from that everything was great. Thanks for accommodating us. Will like to stay to your property again in next visit.
