Vacation rentals with a firepit in Arapahoe County

Samuel’s place was perfect for us for our weekend getaway. House was clean and accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a surprise snowstorm. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. House instructions were clear and Samuel was very communicative.

The home was as described and clean. We didn't cook while there but the kitchen looked well equipped. Communication with host was top notch. Will stay again when visiting the area.

We had an excellent stay! This was a comfortable, safe, space to come back to at the end of each day. The decorations are great, even including a Christmas tree! Love the putt putt set up in the yard. There is also a cozy fireplace area. Thank you to the hosts for putting so much thought and consideration into your house!

Great stay at James’ place. Great neighborhood and location close to hiking trails and parks. While it’s near the highway the house is very well insulated and you hardly notice the noise.

I can’t say enough good things about Luis and Erika! They are extremely responsive and accommodating. We needed something close to the hospital and this location worked so well for that. The house was perfect for us and we had all we needed and more for a comfortable stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept well. Two full bathrooms is an absolute plus! The attached garage was convenient for unloading groceries and bags. The fenced in backyard is beautiful and perfectly kept. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing on the play set very much and there are lots of comfy areas for the adults to relax as well. We are already planning our next visit!

Great spot for families. We had more than enough room for the four of us and found the house quirky, fun and cozy. I especially loved the downstairs bathroom and living area.

Greg was absolutely incredible and so was his house. My co-worker (bestie) and I decided to go the airbnb route instead of hotel this time for our week at headquarters. SO glad we did!!! We're always going to look for Greg's place everytime we come to town. I traveled with my dogs this time and Greg's house was perfect. I have 2 big dogs (golden retriever and a malamute). plenty of space and the neighborhood is really nice for morning /evening pup walks.

This was what we were looking for -- convenient to our friend's home. Two couples would be comfortable here if you don't mind sharing a shower. We took advantage of the fire pit which was nice to share. Also enjoyed the large projection TV you can use with any of your streaming services. This place is older with a lot of character. Along with all the cute things about an older house, there are some quirks. The doors stick a little and you have to climb into a claw foot tub to take a shower. That might make it a bit less accessible for some, but the character of the home more than makes up for it IMO. It's off a busy street, but in a very safe new neighborhood. There were some times of day where it was difficult to turn left, but for the most part, pretty convenient. I would stay here again.

10/10 stay! We’ve been here since January and it’s truly felt like home. Super comfortable living room, great bed and bath, and the kitchen has everything you need. Perfect spot for remote work too—quiet, cozy, and easy to settle into. Highly recommend!

As expected overall - nice area.

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

The location is super close to the city in a very nice little neighborhood, the pricing was very reasonable, and Michael was incredibly accommodating and kind. This really elevated our experience in Denver!

Cindy's apartment is perfect. Perfect location (for us at least), well cared for, well appointed. You will find everything you could want from simple but thoughtful snacks on the counter and beverages in the fridge to tons of storage space! Beautiful view at night. And mountain views all day long. I even loved the bathroom tile! Even a pool on the roof with TVs! This is my favorite Airbnb and way better than a hotel!

Decorations/photos/pictures were wonderful. Also little bits of humor in the living room/kitchen/dining area. Caused us to smile--and think :} Felt very comfortable from the first. We were surprised/pleased by the amount of kitchen amenities. As we walked the neighborhood, it became clear it was safe with good neighbors and a great lake and park to walk in within just a few blocks. Would definitely recommend as an all around great place to stay. We would stay there again!!

Lacy was an amazing host. The place was absolutely amazing! Great location and she was very helpful and allowed us to check out late! 5 stars!

My siblings and I were in town for our Aunt's funeral. Good location for us. A welcome note and bottle of wine on the table when we arrived. We felt welcome.
