Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Araruama Lagoon

The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Be it only with adults or with children!!! Gramado, swimming pool, a beautiful barbecue, pool, toto, darts!!! I will return for sure!!!

I and my family stayed for 1 week, we were well received by Emanoel, who introduced us to the house and showed and tested tds appliances etc... Jorge always helpful answering the questions and sending msgs to know if it was td ok...even suggesting places for tours nearby...note 10. in relation to the house is well taken care of according to announced photos...only a few small observations...( in the maintenance of the pool was only treated with chlorine other products...) low water pressure on the sink tap and grass from the front yard was large bush type. The condominium street is very bad looks like it is walking in an egg box, but the route is short. But as I said are small details that do not diminish the quality of the house. nearby pharmacy bakery. the house was very clean and smelling. super indico

I would like to recommend Nelson's House. We went to 4 families of friends and we all loved the house, pool, pond… super safe place with 24 hour security… a tranquillity, a peace… the cleaning of every home and furniture was impeccable…. We went to Holy Week and Nelson made a super surprise for the children leaving many chocolates and a balloon full of chocolates… we love the kindness! Only one room has air conditioning, but it didn't miss any other rooms because it has a ceiling fan and it was cool! Ah! In the condominium there is a football field and the children enjoyed a lot! I would definitely come back more often!

The space is beautiful and cozy, ideal for those who go in large groups. Our stay went super well — communication and impeccable service. We really like it! The place is exactly the same as in the pictures, maybe even more beautiful in person… it delighted us completely. When entering the house, sometimes two puppies stay at the gate — impossible not to fall in love with them, hahaha! I already returned home with longing for them and the chalet. Everything was wonderful and I highly recommend it! Thank you very much for your attention and care during our stay. We still got two delicious cakes, and the air-conditioned room made everything even more comfortable.

The house is spectacular! It's exactly as it is on the listing. Roseli is a lovely person! It was a lot of requests and made us very comfortable. Everything is in the house! Outside the great structure! Eu and my family love! We'll definitely want to go back! 🙏🏽

Sonia's house is exactly like the photos, a house with all the utensils, plenty of space. It has a foosball table, pool table. Sonia answered me every time I looked for her, assisted me with what I needed and more. She lent me a beach chair and was always very nice. Anyway, I really liked Sônia's place.

Great condominium location! Clean home! Clean, smelly linens! Large pots are missing for large groups that need to make a lot of food! Super Attenentious Lorena! The very small swimming pool needs a staircase inside, especially for older people to get in and out, but it was clean! The condominium needs to improve those higher streets a lot, they all got lost inside and it took a long time to find the house! I think this can be very clear when renting, because if they don't have high and ready cars, they can't go up especially if they're heavy! All our cars with a lot of losses, with a flat tire, and a crashed car at the time it skidded! Because the house is on the last street of the condominium, and it has no asphalt, it is lands and holes, with even the risk of accidents.

We spent the holiday of the holy week at the home of Marcia and everything was impeccable. From communication and instructions, to the small details of housekeeping. The location is great, close to Porto da Barra, markets, gas stations etc. In addition, the house had an impeccable kitchen infrastructure, with everything you can imagine.

We were on the carnival holiday, but the place is well reserved and away from the muvuca, which was great for resting and enjoying the beach. I recommend

Excellent location, close enough to enjoy the Carnival, about 10 min walk and far enough to not be bothered by it. The AP is quite complete, it has everything to spend long seasons in it. The condominium is also very large, with swimming pool, sauna, hydro, parking, reading area and more... Anyway, I will come back other times

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.
