Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Arbatax

A beautiful wee apartment in a gorgeous tradiational town. Great for local hikes, I had a great pizza and wine in the pub in the town and a lovely meal in a local agriturismo restaurant. Very peaceful place and lovely people. Guiseppina is a absolute dear and brought me some easter chocolate on my arrival, a very warm person. The bedroom was lovely and bright and it was nice to sleep with windows open for the fresh mountain air. I absolutely recommend a visit to Urzulei.

The place was beautiful and clean overall, with good basic comfort and corresponds to the pictures. A highlight was the many terraces. The host was always available and responded immediately. The access to the house leads over an unpaved road. The house is idyllically located, surrounded by trees and bushes, which accordingly also entails mosquitoes, which has not bothered us thanks to insect protection.

Our stay was really very nice. Sabrina responded very quickly, helped us and gave us recommendations for the area. The place looks exactly like the pictures and has everything you need. It is very modern and very private, even if others live above you. The view from the terrace of the mountains is very idyllic. The beach is only 10 minutes away by car. Unfortunately, we had to leave early, but that didn't pose any problems. Sabrina is a top hostess and we will be happy to come back ☺️

Daniela and her family were super welcoming! We would highly recommend a stay here and if we were ever in Sardinia again, we will come back. The house is on the backside of their house, but still private, with a lovely garden and within a couple of minutes walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Daniela inquired our interests and sent us loads of suggestions with instructions, like a pond where animals gather, a donkey ride trail with a great Italian picknick in the mountains and a lovely boat ride with her lovely friend. The house is comfortable, beds are good, warm water shower inside and cold water shower outside. The patio is a nice place in the shade to sit and relax and eat together. The kitchen is well equiped and anything we missed could be borrowed! A great stay, we felt so welcome!

What a beautiful place! We loved the entire home and its vintage feel. Fabiano is very responsive helpful and welcoming. We absolutely loved our time in the house and hopefully we will be back soon. The house is very close to the ocean. Thanks so much for having us ❤️

Great location, spacious and cozy apartment. We were welcomed with a wine bottle and local cakes. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, and the apartment has a homey and rustic touch. Great terrace overlooking the sea. Short distance to the beach. The waves can make noise and it can get cold inside but there is a pellet fireplace that provides good heat. All you need of kitchen equipment, towels etc. We came out of season (April) but there are several eateries and shops nearby. Also recommend Pedra longa, nice hiking trails! We are very happy with our stay and would love to come back!

Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

It was a nice stay, nice apartment. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning.

The apartment is perfect for a couple! Comfortable and intimate, with a beautiful little terrace! When it comes to cooking, there's everything you need to cook a meal. Plus, coffee and a cool bottle of white! The bed is comfortable and cozy.

The view was awesome and perfect for sunrise! Agnese is a great host, very responsive and friendly.

Mario was an excellent host, always quickly accessible, very helpful and friendly. Check-in was hassle-free with a key box. The location was great. Tertenia is easy to reach and the beach nearby is very nice for children. We will be happy to come back. There were shops within walking distance.

We had 2 wonderful days at this place, which was not lonely, but still very quiet with a great view of the sea with sun in the morning in front and in the afternoon in the back in the small Garden. Great location on the mountainside. Communication with Christian and Fabrizia was super nice😊💕 and Christian's mom greeted us nicely in German! Very convenient and cozy. Would we definitely do again👍 Thank you for everything!

Private parking place in such a place is always big plus. Very nice view and even better one from common terrace. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is fairly equipped. Internet speed is fine. Some disadvantages: TV signal poor, A/C noisy, only Italiano :)

Nice place right on the beach. The garden in front of the complex is easy to use for the kids. The closet with toys and beach stuff used the kids for entertaining. Beautiful beach, nice for a morning swim. There is a road behind the cottage, but we have not been bothered by this. We were in the off season. Everything was present and extra blankets were brought very quickly upon request. Simona and her brothers each rent an apartment in this complex.

The house was really very nice and completely secluded. After asking Andrea, who responded immediately, was able to check in earlier than actually expected. The property is quite large and there are orange, lime trees and date palms. The pool would not have been heated at the time of our stay (end of November). Upon inquiry and due to the still relatively mild temperatures, however, it was heated for us, which was really very nice. All in all, really a very pleasant stay.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and table soccer are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your peace, as the villa is somewhat secluded.

Apartment is exactly like in the photos, and equipped with everything you need. Ivo is very responsive and friendly.

The house is by the beach … perfect 🤩 The marina di Tertenia is very quiet and the mountain views are beautiful . We had no neighbors in both houses next to ours , everything was very quiet ( late October - out of season) . There is a large flowered garden and beautiful terrace with beautiful mountain views. It is possible to take walks and access small coves from Tesonis , a stone's throw from the house . The location for the car is perfect and secure. The house is functional and well-equipped . Communication with the host was very easy , fast. We received a little attention upon arrival .

The house is spacious, airy and equipped. The outdoor shower is super comfortable back from the beach. The sea is perfect for children: sand and low water for a long stretch. Recommended!

Great home that easily fit 2 families. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. They helped us find nice beaches and restaurants. The yard is magnificent. Highly recommended
