Fully equipped, 2 floors studio-apartment. Cozy, bright, fresh, silent and clean. Stove-oven, microwave, plenty of space in the fridge, cofeemaker and cooking supplies. Cedar furniture. King size bed in the 2nd floor (super comfortable) plus a sofa-bed in the 1st floor (quite confortable). Shared spacious garden and terrace. Exquisite vernacular decoration. Located in a traditional, homy, still central and safe neighborhood. I'm always available for questions/requests. Feel very welcome :)

I Love Jalatlaco - Cozy Hideaway

The property is located in Jalatlaco, one of the safest and most calm neighborhoods in Oaxaca. The bungalow has its own bathroom, a queen size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning as well as a small kitchenete. The room is separate of the main house by the patio and garden. I live in the main house with my daughter and my two dogs . In the property I also have other small room for rent, this is just for one person and it is located in the same patio area.

Casa del Sol is located 10 minutes from Monte Alban and 20 minutes from the historic center by vehicle and 10 minutes walk from "Plaza Bella" and "Quinta Amaranto". Warm and cozy home, with parking space. It has a nice private garden to spend time with the family. The living room and dining room are ideal for enjoying your stay. The kitchen is equipped and comes with everything you need for cooking. We have a desk and Fiber Optic Internet in case you have to work.

For the hiker, there are local mountain trails. And, the town of Tule is 2.5 miles away with its majestic 2,000 year-old cypress tree - a sight to see!
